SO I decided to get passed my fear and flashed the rom myself. It's Xperia software ontop of the moto g stock rom. Wifi and data are working and its really smooth. Xperia sounds all around (Ringtones and touch sounds). Xperia Apps with moto g camera (among other things). Default language is english. Neat Rom and I'm going to use this as a daily driver for a while.

Guys every time I flash it it stops halfway through and says installation aborted, because it formats the /system I have to flash my original ROM to get my phone working although I'd like to try this one..I do exactly as the guy on the video..any suggestions?

+1 for Dual SIM support! Maybe you can use the ROM from the Xperia M2 Dual? It is a very similar device specs wise.

Oh great! Is it possible to give the launcher apk? I am stock no root! But i would like this launcher on my moto g!

[STOCK][LOLLIPOP] D6502 23.1.A.0.690 Vietnam pre-rooted | Working recovery.

This rom I made for D6502 user from official roll out.
It is pre-rooted and for LOCKED BOOTLOADER
Install Instructions
1 - Flash 17.1.2.A.0.314 FTF
2 - Install NUT's dual recovery with windows installer (Using option 3).
3 - Restart in Philz Touch recovery.
5 - Selected Clean All to install a new rom.
6 - Flash this rom

Gain full root functionality and recovery
After install the rom above. You just can grant permission for apps. You can not mount R/W or R/O in Root Explorer.
Here's how you can get full root and recovery.
1 - Open super SU and untick "mount namespace separation" and restart the phone
2 - Download this file, unzip, run .bat file and choose option 1. At this step, you can try NUT's newest recovery and report if it works. Today NUT has released XZDualRecovery with Lollipop Fix
3 - Follow the instruction on the screen.
After the phone restarted, you will have working recovery and full root access.

Hey, have you made the rom archive using the tool provided somewhere in the z2 forum(I'm on my phone, I can't search for it now, and I don't remember its name) for making prerooted firmware? I mean, that tool which extracts the system partition of a ftf file and adds to it the superuser zip and the recovery zip? Because I want to build mine with my region cod.. Sorry for asking, if I was at the computer i would've downloaded your rom and take a look by myself

No, it's for D6502 only.
You can make flashable.zip of D6503 yourself and follow my instruction you will get full root and working recovery.

Unable to remove system apps even after performing all the steps
Hey, Thanks for the Zip file ,however even after following all the steps mentioned above , i am still not able to remove system apps . i have granted super user access to the app, still no joy. It says operation failed. Pls Help

I used ver 0.5 for my Z2 and 0.8 for my Z2 Tablet. Both of them are working

Huhm, that is strange. I used the method above to my Z2 and Z2 Tablet. Everything is working.
1 - Open super SU and untick "mount namespace separation" and restart the phone
2 - Download this file, unzip, run .bat file and choose option 1.
3 - Follow the instruction on the screen.
Try it again.

i install d6502 version india but cant find the xperia share in album. i dont know why, can u check again ?
bác check lại trong album giùm e cái, e cài bản ấn độ, mà tìm trong album ko có, trong account sync vẫn tìm thấy xperia share nhưng mà ở trong album, tìm ko thấy, chỉ có up lên = fb thường thôi :crying:

Hallo, i tried to install a custom rom on lenovo a328,
at recovery mode i did wipe data factory reset and wipe cache partition.
now i'm trying to install custom rom but i have the message installation abord.
i need help

You have to change twrp version , try twrp 2.8.0..

After wipe's, before installing custom ROM reboot to TWRP.

Your problem is in update binary or in twrp version.

Flash firstly twrp , do a backup and after that choose any rom you like.
After you test the roms then you will decide which one is best for your needs.

I don't know , try google search .
Cm11 is not work good , too much issues.
Check russian sites ( 4pda ) for such a rom and you will see by yourself the problems.
Now you can flash any rom you like , try to test some and you will see.

We had an issue with VoLTE but maybe in the future we'll try it again.

Yes, we are working together on the same source code.
The diff is that we are using 2 different device-tree for each device (verizon and international)

I flash the rom after 6 min the rom boot ok.In the begging after trying to set up my phone i had three reboots.After that I flash supersu 2.79 ,set my phone ,no reboot until then.Only i have message says" the internet stop" sometimes.I have the same thing with google+,also the app stuck a lot.
I have the latest bootloader&modem .Sm-910f.
On antutu i had this bad score

Another thing i notice when I boot my phone there is two lines says something about the kernel one red and one yellow, AFTER flash supersu 2.79 there is only one line on boot the yellow one!????Is it right??

Ill see for exynos models. The reason im doing this on G800H is because its similiar with the device i own, the S3 Neo. Also J2 Hybrid isnt a themed look-alike, or tweaked rom but a real GraceUX framework ported from J2 Prime so expect all GraceUX features except AOD of course :b.

and the G800H have some serious issue with wifi
you need to modify the wlan.co from source to get it working
if you have no idea about how to fix it take a look at prohect lucky rom wifi fix

Theme Engine according to J2 Prime users it works!!! and i can also confirm that too!!, but you have to spoof your device in build.prop as an S6, S7 or Note7
Fingerprint is unknown. Im testing this ROM on S3 Neo which doesnt have fingerprint capabilities so i cant confirm.
Most of the time, Wi-Fi related issues are from kernel. On S3 Neo, we have to flash SuperSU to get Wi-Fi working. Im not touching any drivers from the firmware or the kernel anyways :b. Im just injecting J2 Prime firmware carefully...

The fingerprint lock can not work because the s5 mini's fingerprint sensor is no longer compatible with the new samsung layer GRACE UX, nor the s5 sensor large to operate the fingerprint lock should be a sensor like the one the j5 prime or j7 prime, s7 or s6 ..... greetings :good:

the rom is only a framework not a full port which means the drivers and the settings app already contains the orginal rom fingerprint files so it should work
