i tried to add a citi mastercard to google wallet today, and when i clicked add, that dialogue box came up. i dont know if it is referring to the ics update, or if it is just saying that the wallet application will be upgraded soon.

I believe citi is doing this from their side. That's my interpretation

I just got this too. Maybe a Wallet update due to that Wallet being hackable fiasco? Hopefully I'm wrong and we get a tasty treat soon B-)
Edit: just read that the transformer is getting ICS tomorrow? No love for the ns...

Afaik you can't add anything right now on Wallet because of the security issue.

Out of curiosity do you have a new revision of the Evo?
i dont have revision of evo. i have had it since September, i think.
but i did flash the 3.30 zip update a few weeks back or so.

That NFC is BS

Twice now it had failed me trying to use the 10$ prepaid and left me hungry.
I am stock, no root, on Sprint, latest update. It just send me into a loop trying to authorize payment. What gives?

I've had the opposite experience. Works fine at McDonald's and also CVS. Just because it didn't work doesn't mean that it was your phone. Many times its the POS machine.

New play store update

Stumbled upon this information about the play store and decided to jump into it on my dna. The new look they gave the play store looks really nice in my opinion. So far I don't think anyone has gotten the update from Google yet they must be holding out on rolling it out, as I haven't gotten it on my nexus 7 yet. The new version runs quick and reminds me of the 2.x version. Just thought I would let you guys know about it over here.

9/21/16 OTA Update

Just received a notification for an update. It weighs in at about 404MB.
Does anyone know if this update limits the battery to 60%? I won't Be able to swap out my Note 7 until this weekend so I'm hesitant to install it.

I updated and it didn't limit the battery for my device. All it did was give me a notification everytime I plug it in to charge saying that I should turn the device off and should be exchange as soon as possible.
The update as well changes the UI a bit in the notification pull down area
too bad the store I went to didn't have the replacements yet. LOL
Please search prior to make a new thread. This is already discussed in the thread below:
