My journey to lose weight!

Hi,
My name is James and I am 26 years old. I have had enough of my lifestyle
and have decided to lose weight. I currently weight 230lb and wish to lose
ATLEAST 50 pounds within the next 5 months which is when i am getting worried.
Has anyone had any exp here losing weight?
any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yea try changing your diet eat chicken istead of red meat start making more salads if your going add dressing mke sure its fat free stop drinking milk stop drinking cokes of anykind even diet try to lead a strictly vegetarian diet cut out all sugars do this for three months along with proper excercise running jogging etc or dload a workout dvd id recomend p90x when I got down to your weight I was ready for p90x I weigh 230 now but but I'm 6 feet tall

Also try sticking to seafood and chicken I mean homemade not churches and chicken sandwhiches from mcdonald you can try a very light version of the gerson diet which is meant for cancer patients but works wonders for a wide array of problems ....... if you don't like saunas get used to loving them bc you my friend need to sweat

Or look up weight loss recipes and guides ...... really they all tend to say the same thing no sugars and fats more fruits and veggies and excersice !!!!!! Pick up a good sport I'm mexican so soccer is the **** for me but try a sport that has lots of running and is fun for you tennis or raquet ball are badass in my opinion .... just leave all breads flour and doughy foods eat nothing but fruits and lean meats broaden your vegie intake ever heard about jicama ? Try it and your welcome........ it looks like roudabego but tastes like ****ing awesome with lime and cocula chile powder add some salad cucumbers carrots and green apples and you'll have a badass snack

New phone

Just have a quick question, I had an unfortunate canoeing accident where a dry bag did not function as advertised and am now back on my old Galaxy Nexus. I can't take anymore of this tiny screen (at one point the biggest screen available on a phone) and slow speed. The one thing I absolutely love though is the pure AOSP experience. If I get a new Note on NC4 am I able to install Eclipse on it? I don't think I can handle going back to touchwiz and my NC2 Note 3 is still not booting....

From what I've read, yes you will be able to install Eclipse.

You can make it show if it's been delivered. But not if it's been opened and read.
