Anybody wants to help building an awesome custom rom? I'm looking for someone who wants to build an nice statusbar for my custom rom. I already tried UOT kitchen, but you cant customize everything (Power menu, etc.)
Anyone who wants to help me?

Try Jkays Mod. It has been recently updated and been integrated into SAUROM. That's one of the best status bar mods and power menu mods i've ever seen. No other Android (stock) phone lets you access so many functions right from the lock screen with only having to touch the touchscreen 1x.

Hi guys, I'm a newbie here on XDA. I've just installed the non-CM7 (AOSP) version of this ROM from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1335987
Since it's not a CM7 ROM, there's no CRT-like screen off animation. Is there a possible way to enable it? TIA!

This is a gingerbread feature, not a CM7 feature. It should be in Settings >Display Settings > Animation (or at least thats where it is on my MIUI ROM)
Thanks for the reply. I've already checked the Display Settings but there's no option to enable it.. I'm not sure if it's because the rom is AOSP and has very minimal customization features..
Hi guys! I just figured out why the CRT screen animation is not displaying. This might be helpful to those who installed Oxygen Leo HD ROM, or any other Gingerbread ROM with similar cases.
I found out that setting Window Animations to "Fast" in Spare Parts disables the CRT screen off animation. I don't know the root cause but I'm glad I played with the animation settings a while ago, LOL..
Does anyone know if this is possible in CM 10 based ROMs ? I would love to make it transparent or in case this isn't possible, simple image modding would be nice too.

Is there any way to get theme chooser to work on stock rooted 4.2.2 with TWRP as recovery ? if any one can lead me in the right direction i would highly appreciate it.

Sorry, that is not possible to my knowledge. As this is built into a ROM, it wouldn't really be possible to port it to stock as Google controls what goes in and out of their ROM.

is it possible to move the Softkeys to the left side in CM 10.1 or is it possible to add Custom Softkeys for my favorite App's?
And i don't want suggestions for other Rom's

Sentinel is a very good CM10.1 based ROM and its latest 4.6 version has a great tabletUI mod that moves the softkeys to the far left.

I never got the relocation of the keys working ni stock CM, however, they're right, Sentinel's mod works well. So does the AOSP-based Eos ROM. Hope that helps.

Hello dear XDA, I was wondering if there are any screen modes mod or app for custom ROM's like CM11 for the S4? I know that the orginal touchwiz rom has these options where you can choose between five screen modes, like movie,standard,dynamic etc... to fit your needs. I have looked around and have been unable to find such alternatives for us without touchwiz.

Hi, I think you'll need a custom kernel, You can then customize your device settings like cpu and stuff , screen to... I just got my s4 but don't want to root cuz the knox stuff, but i had galaxy s2 before and i needed a custom kernel which gave me option to customize
