i searched in market but the youtube app is not there
Oh... I didnt see. You are using stock ROM. I think you cant update youtube in Market. I am not sure.
Maybe you can replace the original one with newer version using Root Explorer.

There is an modded youtube app with download button.i found it somewhere in xda.it was just awesome mod.sory i cant upload it to u since my sdcard got corrupted and i lost everything.search for it in xda.u will find it

Then search in apps and theme section you will get youtube.apk as jaison sir stated

Correct if I'm wrong but I remember installing adobe flash apk in nexus 7 which has jellybean and working fine.
I see no reason why you can't just sideload a copy of flash. I do it on my jb s3 and it works fine

As others have mentioned... Flash works just fine. You can get it directly from Adobe.

Try pushing it using root explorer Nd delete the old music.apk, keep a backup of it in sd card.

Dang. That's a bummer. Honestly, I'd say wait for update. Does the YouTube mobile site work in your browser? If so, you can just use that for the time being.

You need to go to build prop and edit mm.enable.smooth streaming to FALSE.
That'll fix it
