Does anyone know of a video player for the Fire that will play Quicktime videos?
My mom received an email with a link to a video, but it wouldn't play.
When I accessed it from my iPad, I saw it was a Quicktime video.
I didn't know the Fire doesn't play those natively.
Go to the market type in quicktime player or hell go to Google and type in quicktime player for Android.
It amazes me how some of you people even found your way to XDA Forums.

Please help anybody. Now the You tube player on the EVO is OK, as being a user of the Windows mobile there is a player call Kinoma play. What i liked about Kinoma play was that it played each you tube video right after another without setting up a play list or anything it just played the next video after the current one was done. Now I've search Hi and Lo and haven't seen any player that would do this on Android and the EVO. Now what I have learn is if you put videos in playlist it will do it. But here is the Problem I do not know if Google has disable this feature or not. But anytime I go to my YouTube account and click on playlist to add videos it doesn't add videos so. I'm willing to take any advice on what to do. Do anyone know an App that will play YouTube videos automatic. If not that would be a great app I would be willing to pay for it.
My friend showed me a website where he watches a bunch of films for free on his iphone 4.. (iphonemoviez.net)
So I wanted to see if I can stream it too from my vibrant... The funny thing is when I want to stream a mp4 movie the stock video player doesnt open the movie... but on my friends iphone it launches quicktime and plays it.
Here is my question I know that vibrant is obviously able to play mp4 format so what 3rd party app I can use to stream those movies????
Thanks!
Try Rock Player though...
I buy Downloadable videos from Amazon pretty often and they are in wmv format. I already know It doesn't work with the video player, so I tried others like Rock player. But when I tried playing it, it shows me a mess of colors and no sound. Also I tried to Play another wmv file and got the video to play but got no sound. Does anyone know of a better video player replacement other than rock player that will play files like these with success? Or maybe even a way to get Amazon videos to play On android?
Does anybody know if the xoom has limits on to what type of videos it can play?

Hi, I am using Dolphin Browser HD. I tried to watch QuickTime videos posted on two websites without success. On one website, at the locations where the videos were supposed to be played back, I saw blue lego-like cubes (with two questions mark on the sides of each cube). On the Apple Events website, I just saw the logo with no video playback. Could anybody please let me knows what I need to play QuickTime videos? I don't think Apple has released an Android version of QuickTime. Thanks.
