[Q] [HELP!!] Official 2.3.5 Failed!!

While updating the u8800 to the official 2.3.5 the mf failed at the end, i tried again and failed again, even the original stock rom (portuguese tmn) don't install, can somebody help me? i managed to install cwm with the pink screen but the custom roms don't work either. :/
Try the official update install 2.3.5 with power cord applied without battery.

It's not working, and o don't know why...
The official 2.3.5 don't work or the 2.2.1 from TMN or ever the 2.2.2 from overseas... This is f**** annoying... :/
Leave only dload folder in root of sdcard, i had problems when i had some other folders in root of sd.

I also did that, i don't know why he's not working....
Try cwm wipe/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik. And try to install official after that.

Had you previously changed the partition sizes of the phone?
Mine failed until I reverted back to stock partition sizes.
I did that before updating... the cwm show me error while trying to access the /system and other paths, and i don't know why

Which CWM are you using (5.2.6 or 5.5.0.4??). Maybe the latter one might help?

[Q]problem with instaling rom, it wont go ahead of "ideos" splash screen

hi everyone!
i got this problem when i tryed to instal a custom rom...
i rooted the phone then i instaled clockworkMOD and then i make the backup with CWM and titanium backup.
then i done the terrible mistake of coping the backup i made with CWM to my pc and then i erased it from cell,
to free some space, after coping the MIUI rom to the cell i did wipe data and reset factory seeting and wipe cashe as well as
devk cache, and then i instaled the rom zip and did reset, and it didnt pass the IDEOS splash screen.
due to this how can i restore the cell or istal other rom?
how do i access the root of the cell?
is it recuperable?
here the links i used:
guide to instalation -> http://huaweiideosx5u8800.blogspot.pt/2012/01/installing-custom-roms.html
MIUI rom -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1690156
thank you and apretiated!
sorry for bad english..
If you're originally coming from Stock ROM Froyo no wonder why it did not work. You have to upgrade first to Official Gingerbread before installing this particular Custom ROM as the kernel is different.
Your solution is to get back to Stock ROM Froyo. Get it from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1167882
And do the installation as described here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1011527
Go CWM -> mounts and storage -> mount USB storage and copy backup to your phone.

I've already tried it whit stock rom 2.2 and 2.3 from huawei page but on end i get error message failed update
before this stock roms works fine
I just think it can not be written to the correct partition
the stock rom can not do that, I realized even before this where I worked with 2 android systems I had to repeatedly use the tools of Geno
to install stock roms
(twosys-partition.zip) for install 2 systems
(offical-partition.zip) for 1 sysem like stock rom 2.3
I think there is something wrong with this partition 0p13
Maybe this would help create a new partition
how can I get access, and I do not know what format
Maybe there is a different solution
I am very grateful for any kind of help with my problem

I think you need to flash a corrupted oeminfo.img for the download and recovery feature to work
