Custom ROM 1.5.20 and 1.5.27 have higher batterydrain, so I want to stay with 1.5.13

Let me introduce myself a little bit.
I just join this forum because I bought a galaxy 3 recently. It was android 2.1 and I wanted to update to the 2.2 version.
After looking at several manuals I flashed with the last version of samfirmware, but my phone stucked at a deleting data screen. After looking for the solution, I found one could flash again with destiny ROM.
So I tried to download last version and the link is broken, but I could download the 2.0 and now my phone is working .
I wanted to thanks the creator (hodostamas) and ask for a link update in the thread, but I have no permissions. I tried to send him a PM with greetings and a link update request, but no permissions.
So, I don't know if the creator will read this or anybody that has permissions could send him a PM and do me a great favour.
He seems to be quite inactive around xda. He took a few mths to reply me . I'll help you send a pm linking this thread

The ROM download links were removed by the moderator, thereby the ROM is no longer allowed to be distributed.
Can someone pls upload franko's rom if he has it as it is fully translated and was working like charm but has been taken out from the download links,
