[Q] ZTE Blade battery usage - Blade General

I bought my ZTE Blade at second hand and I don't know anything about the first owner. Now, the battery of my ZTE Blade lasts one day and a half until the discharge or 2 days if I don't play or navigate on the internet so much.
Is this normal, because I want to buy another battery ? How is yours ?
P.S: I'm using CM7.1 .

yes this is ALMOST usual!! general usage lasts a day and any thing leass lets it live better.

If you want to know what is causing this problem head into Settings –> About Phone –> Battery use
but I can tell you now for sure it's the 3D Launcher.
I downloaded go power app and the problem was mclock widget. it consumed 45% of battery...tsf eating only 7%
Swyped from my ZTE Blade
mClock 45% Oo, have you 10 mclock widget in home? with me the app have never been diplayed in battery use.
Can you upload your skin?

Par or above par at the most. Normal ppl including me averages 3-5h screen on time. I thought ZL averages like 4h?! Don't expect a huge improvement.

I get about 20-24 hours with 4 hours screen on time with power saver and Qualcomm battery guru. "non stop screen on time" is about 5-6 hours. Completely stock, that is.

I used HTC One X, Nexus 4, Xperia Z. I am now on HTC One and it has the best battery life, compared to those three.
a day
a day
Another one of these threads... Hmm
I feel the battery life is terrible, stock wise at least.
For me 4.2.2 1 day at most (20 hours) , latest charge with normal use 8 hours WiFi rest of time 3g 4 hours screen on, dead battery.
Did once have ViperRom, got 38 from the full charge.
I feel the the HTC one battery life is poor, my Note1 will last 2 days..

Agreed it is pretty poor..
I get about 4 hours screen on time.
My note 2 gives me like 8 or more.
That being said, it is an amazing phone otherwise. I just traded an Xperia z for it and it was the best trade ever. The z was absolute garbage. What was Sony thinking using that bad of a screen?
For me the battery is very good.
I always have wi-fi and data on and with my regular usage I get about 2 days (this includes about 2 hours screen on).
You get around a day easily if you have 4 hours of usage.
4g signal and screen brightness can alter these numbers of course.
PS Υοu can't possibly compare the One's battery to the Note.

[Q] Is this normal at 50% battery life?

Just bought my Note 4 and my battery life doesn't seem to be what everyone makes it out to be.
Are you download something or play some heavily graphic game
Just simple tasks like web browsing and playing woth the s-pen. Im on verizon btw.
My battery has left 50% if the sot >= 3 hours
Maybe you should full recycle charge and see the effect
Otherwise, check battery discussion thread .
Hope you can fix ur problem
Alright thank you!

Battery on g2 seems broken! last not long

Ho guys my lg g2 have six months, and since 3 moths ago i use cyanogen, i noticed that the battery Life is decreased.
I've returned to stock bit nothing changed. With stock rom i have Max 3,30 hours of.display. and my friend with same rom(20h) ha ve 5/6 hours.
*I use grenefy and have no wakeloks and use 50% brightness White my friend bot have root and use 70% brightness

Maybe your battery went bad or many apps are using it. I am not sure but I think that if even on clean stock rom without any apps and a couple of charges the battery probably is bad.
How long can your G2 last with the display on and normal usage from 100%-99%?
Months ago, I could get up to 45 mins in that 1%. With same setup, I have been getting max 20 mins for past month or so.
Battery gets worn out. Your friend probably has never rooted his G2, right? When constantly flashing ROMs, kernels etc. the battery needs to calibrate over and over again. It gets tired.
Not everything can be solved by changing software/apps.
My friend never root his phone , l' ve returned completely to stock, now l'm trying. Tanks for all, there are no way to recalibrate?

Replacing the battery is not hard as long as you are careful. There is some adhesive to pry up, and you have to be very careful when and where you apply pressure, but you can literally watch a youtube video. I recommend it, but don't hold me responsible if you break your phone.
Thanks

I think you also need to compare the app you used. Because the social media, messaging and every apps that always give you update and always synchronizing with your phone will affect your battery.
At the same apps, and then you can compare the battery life. 3 hours + SOT already good for me. My phone used to have 5 hours SOT. But due to messenger that I need to use like WA, BBM, Line, and etc (social media). Of course my SOT will decrease.
Don't forget to see DATA connection you use, if you use WIFI, you will get more SOT.
Not sure, but this are my stats, and they are pretty impressive.
Before I switched to G2 I had a Xperia Z, and I gotta say it had a very bad battery life. But with our G2 I can go on at least for 3days of normal use
And about your problem, maybe your battery life cycle is almost over, U should definitely check your battery.

I've also noticed my battery seemed a bit off after a few roms+kernel combinations, just flashed 20h stock rom today plus root and I'm back on 5,5h sot within a 24 h period on the first run, before it was barely 4 to 4 and 1/2h on the same usage

Your Galaxy S3 battery capacity after three years

Hey Folks,
It's been more than three years since the phone was released. Many would have replaced the battery similar to stock or higher capacities.
Let's share the battery life and usage of our phones. I have attached snapshots of my phone from GSAM battery monitor app. I have installed a 4400mAh Anker extended battery.
Please share yours. Cheers. :good:
Hi! Mi S3 has three years as well. You can see the date that it was built with the app Phone Info-Samsung- in the playstore. Mine it has a stock ROM, and with heavy usage (games, chrome and youtube) (didn't change the battery since got the phone), it gives 3h and 30 min screen on time. Very well to a phone that have three years. Greetings.
Stock battery 2 years plus
Offline Manga reading 5Hrs SOT
Online browsing 2~4hrs
Online streaming 2~4hrs
Gaming 2~3hrs
:C
3 1/2 years
Using Lollipop it drains in 4 hours of moderate using.
Using KitKat I can use the phone for 6 hours of moderate using.
I have been using my S3 since 1 year and 10 months and can go for 6-7 hrs with heavy usage
I bought my S3 in Sept 2013 so it has been close to 2yrs now and I have switched to Zero lemon which is 7000 maH monster..it lasts me for 3 days easily with super heavy usage...if I keep it in stand by it can last me for 20+ days without any issues...
I'm still using the stock battery. I've another stock battery as spare.
So far it working well with average of 7-8 hrs battery life with light usage.
Recently, I just use the Battery Repair app to repair some bad cells in the battery. Hopefully it will prolong the battery life a bit more.
Hi ******. Thats great timing so is yoir smartphone stable with this big monster 7000Mah . Can you guide me a bit so that i can buy one that i am sure about . I have galaxy s3 i9300 with 2 hours 3g use help me out

I changed recently to original Samsung's 3000mAh and would recommend it everyone who hesitate :good:
My S3 is now my second phone, so fairly light usage. Stock battery, 3 years 2 months old. Flashed Belokta Note 4 rom 5.1, Boeffla kernel 7.9. Greenify and Amplify. Able to achieve 2.5 days off the charger and 1 hour 15 mins SOT. Wi-Fi whenever possible. Not bad for a 3 year old battery and great work for the developers.
