:O..... Two hundred... Billion dollars!!! hahahahahaha (evil laugh)
can't believe the price att gets for this. it would be a lot cheaper for ya'll to buy the HD dock only and purchase a bluetooth kbd/mouse combo. The flipping lapdock is $500 dollars! What are they thinking, might as well go out and buy a real laptop and get the processor, memory, hdd, and all the stuff that isn't inside the lapdock, and still be cheaper. BTW, I am on the "premier plan", and I bought the dock kit for $100 from att. I wouldn't have bought it otherwise. From the looks of this posting, I should buy some more and put them up for sale!
I think Moto is seeing poor sales with the atrix and its accessories... maybe they'll come down on the prices. I wouldn't mind having the lapdock but for a reasonable price.
Who knows though

Yes they are just another division but with better rates/deals.
My first Android Device was from them.
Two HTC G1s with New 2 Yr Contract for FREE!
Check Car Toys out too. For At&t The Note for $179 and GS3 for $149. It may be same for other carriers. They also have free shipping and you can trade in your phone. My trade in value was $119. So I could get a Note for $60 or a GS3 for $30!

that's on a subsidized prepay or something, not a normal contracted plan.

Not necessarily, the OG Note was apparently $750 retail price on AT&T.
Also, walmart just leaked some on contract prices for T-Mo and it looks to be $299 w/ contract
I gave up and got the white from Newegg for $649 and Fatwallet cashback (~4 extra percent off). If the AT&T version isn't screwed all to hell, I'll sell the international for a small loss and move on. Easy. Not interested in waiting until mid November.
If you are looking to get the Note 2 on T-Mobile and are worried about having to pay the full price. Call a tmo representative and talk about their 2 tier early upgrading plans. It renews your contract but you still got a much larger price off.

I'm on the Value plan, so... no dice for me . But for those of you on a Classic plan, this is the way to go. Although if you want, you can say you want to talk to retentions and try to get the "Android Data plan" which is an old 5GB plan for $15 a line.
