I want to connect my Dell XCD 35 to the internet using my Computer..
I have a Internet Connection on my Computer and I want to use the Internet on my Dell XCD 35 to download apps etc...
I know how to use My Dell XCD 35's Internet on my computer by using the Tethering but how to do it vise versa??
Any Software we need to use..please guide me to it.
if you have a wifi in your PC then use mhotspot to create your PC a wifi hub
i tried reverse tethering but some how i cant do it properly and failed so got a small WIFI adapter to make my normal PC to wifi and then used the s/w to provide internet access to my XCD35

P.S. you can buy small wifi adapter from ebay with in 500~1000rs

Internet sharing from Axim
I'm looking to do the same thing. Bluetooth to and HTC (Touch in my case) from the Dell Axim. The Touch has internet sharing on WM 6.1 and support BT only. I can make a BT connection from Axim to HTC Touch, but there's doesn't seem to be a way to use the internet connection.
I want to be able to use the Axim's larger screen and the Touch's internet connection when not in a wifi area.

Recently I purchased HTC P3400i. I have GPRS enabled on the device.
Using internet sharing over USB cable, I can use the internet on my laptop. But, I am unable to use the internet sharing feature over bluetooth PAN. The laptop does not identify the mobile device at all.
Can anybody help?
I think you must mention the OS in your laptop. And brand of your laptop according to me some laptop bluetooth does not support network sharing over bluetooth and on your mobile please check the button `make this device visible`........REGARDS
I just pulled my old lg-xv6800 out and would like to connect it to my laptop that has internet access via USB. ( So, Im looking for access to the internet on my xv6800)
My WiFi is not strong enough to connect the xv6800 and Im not using the unit as a cell phone. Im running Windows Vista and Windows Mobile 6 Pro

Hi, I tried to share internet conection to my DVP by making my laptop (dell st 1555) to be a hotspot. And then my friend laptop has successful connected to the internet via my access point but my Phone could'n reach the wifi. It doesn't find anything at all eventhought I put it beside the laptop.
