Korean Note to be released on 11-29

To All who are interested (TMO ppl) The South Korean Note is scheduled to be released on 11-29-11. This will be a variant of the Euro version and is scheduled to have penta-band capability (1700/2100) It also is a LTE version capable of 42 mb d/l (theoretically) You can read more here:
http://sammyhub.com/2011/11/24/sk-telecom-to-release-galaxy-note-in-south-korea/
This will be the version that is supposed to be compatible with T-Mobile USA.
No exynos though.

Provided by SK Telecom, wiki says they are CDMA based provider not GSM.

If some people think there is lag on the Note with the 1.4Ghz Exynos they'll really think it lags with the 1.5Ghz Snapdragon.

Which means it uses Qualcomm S3 which means will likely support T-Mobile band. Great.

I doubt it'll be a problem if you root and get rid of the bloats and after developers get rid of Carrier IQ.
Questions is who's selling their 1.4hz to get the new 1.5hz. I know Im really looking at getting this one as soon as it becomes available in the us. EBAY here i come...

Unless your in an LTE market that this Korean Note will work on and you have an Unlimited data plan there's no reason to get it. The 1.5Ghz Snapdragon is slower than the 1.4Ghz Exynos in the current non-LTE Note. It's slower than the 1.2Ghz Exynos in the SGS2 and people have commented on how the AT&T Samsung Galaxy Skyrocket which also uses the 1.5Ghz Snapdragon isn't as snappy as the SGS2.
Hold on you know what we should try first, the modem file. Lol

Cute Touche' Does anyone Know a Korean a website in English they have run into for ordering from the USA
As far as the snapdragon being slow, remember I have tried both chips and unless you are a gamer it is not that noticeable of an issue especially, when new roms start rolling out.
Has anybody found out what bands this new Galaxy Note from Korea will support I can't find anything.
I heard all bands, 1700 aswell.

Not really worried about NFC yet until more stuff works with it I just want it to work with T-Mobile

So much for "Iphone 5 will put S3 to shame" ...

First Geekbench results of Apples new Wonder-Phone:
http://browser.primatelabs.com/geekbench2/1030202
And btw. ist no where near a A15 inside the Iphone 5, it's ARM v7.
Galaxy S3 does 1600 in Geekbench Stock, too. No overclocking, no nothing.

Seems the iPhone 5 is only running at 1.02Ghz.
The iphone 5 dual core is faster than our quadcore. Search for new benchmarks in google -.-
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
If it's not fake then good work for the benchmark until Jellybean for S3 arrives
http://browser.primatelabs.com/geekbench2/1026099
Still S3 outperforms Iphone5 :good:
And Iphone 5 will only use that for the gaming applications because their homescreen is so basic (No widgets and true multitasking), so to summarize it's still a useless upgrade.. I'd rather buy a Ps vita/nintendo DS for gaming if the main focus of apple products is to improve the hardware for gaming.

4 Cores at 1.4Ghz should win out over 2 Cores at 1Ghz. But by a lot more than that.

The only thing that pulls the iPhone 5 benchmark scores higher is memory bandwidth.... The s3's cpu scores substantially higher.

If it's only an ARM v7 then it can't outperform ours because ours are ARM v9's (international s3's dunno about American etc)

Speechless after Reading Snapdragon 800 / 600

Speechless after Reading Snapdragon 800 / 600,
Samsung probably won't implement this on their next Flagship; but wouldn't the Snapdragon 800/600 outperform the Exynos 5 processors? This is crazy, but mobile technology is making long strides.
Maybe but no one will be able to touch the unique and innovative software and tw ux
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda app-developers app
Well, CNET says the 800 would be coming to mobile devices (mobile phones as well) in Q2 of this year.
Im loving the News From The Guys Who Make Snapdragon Processors, they clocked some of the newer ones at 2,3 Ghz (Possibly NOT Overclocked ^__^)

It's a test model. Yes it's illegal to own and sell. Why? Because samsung has a contract on all its test models and testers that they cannot take them out of factory.
Sell it on ebay? HELL YEAH just don't put a return address. Or you can hold onto it and watch its value go up or down depending on collectors and what not.
