The only one I could find was this one:
http://code.google.com/p/a-simple-lastfm-scrobbler/
It seems to support every music player on the planet, EXCEPT the Xperia one :-(
With my finest Android coding skills, I have added the required code to simple-lastfm-scrobbler to get it to work with the XPeria Music app.
Will be submitting a patch as soon as I have cleaned up the code and tested it.
QUESTION
Is a radio fm apk??
Related
Hey XDA comunity.
Iam reading in this Forum for a long time now and i think its time for my first topic
Maybe a short discription of my idea.
I love to listen to an Internet Radio called Technobase.fm
When you visit the site you could see the actual song and the dj.
So always when I listen to the music and there is a good song i would like to save the titel.
So my Idea.
Is it possible to create a Panel which plays the Stream of the Radio and shows some Information from the Homepage ( Song, DJ )
And a button which will add the song to an txt document or so.
My developing skills are not the best, iam able to code it with xhtml, but i have no idea, how to convert it to the sony xperia X1 as a panel.
Maybe you have some ideas or Information.
Thx for reading

I haven't read about this problem anywhere, so right now I don't know whether the problem is caused by the Blur libs, or my files:
I've encoded a few CD's to HE-AAC (AAC+) with NeroAAC. This is because I want to store a lot of music and AAC+ seems to deliver the best quality at the smallest size.
The problem is that the Milestone 2 ignores Tracknumber information and the included cover art. This is quite annoying: the Connected Music Player downloads the wrong covers for my albums (Keri Hilson's No Boys Allowed get's a In A Perfect World cover and so on...)
That's not the biggest issue: the most annoying is the fact that an album isn't played in the right order. Most of the time it's something like this: start with #1, #10, #11, #12, #2, #3, #4 and so on... If an album has a tracknumber 21, it'll be played after track number 2...
It really annoys the hell out of me! I've tried my best to tag every song correct, yet the information is ignored...
My old Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 doesn't seem to have any problems with it. Even Windows Media Player is fine with the files.
Are there more people with this issue? Is there a solution? Are there people who can try te reproduce this problem?
We all know that I can ask Motorola for help, but their support via Facebook really, really sucks.
Seriously... There's no one who even has a reply to this?
Right now I figured out a few things:
1. When encoded with QuickTime, the tags aren't read correctly. Using NeroAAC tags are read correctly, but Album Art is still ignored.
2. DoubleTwist player seems to have a good influence. It reads the album art and updates the Android music library. Because of that the CMP get's to use the correct album art.
I also replaced the aac libs with those from the Droid X, but I actually don't know if that was a true fix.
Just for the ones who were still curious...
Hi,
I'm running on ParanoidAndroid and the default widget to control music over the lockscreen is from google music.
I would like to change this one by the widget provided by Sony, it's look like this http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8193/8083300548_60a34660eb.jpg but with only album arts, no bar navigation and directly on the lockscreen.
How I can get it on my Nexus 4 ? Do I need to install the walkman apk ? If yes, the sound will be changed ?
Maybe this one ? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=38500108&postcount=121
Nobody ?
Hey buddy. Unfortunately getting what you want is not going to be simple!
You'd need to be good at Android systems programming as well as Java programming to do this. You'll need to modify the ROM/OS so that the default lockscreen widget for music is the Sony one, then modify that widget to work with the ROM, etc. The fact that Sony's music player is probably proprietary makes the situation even worse.
Bottom line, someone with skills will need to do this, and it will take some time. For now I guess you'll have to make do with the Play Music app, or download an alternative music player. There are lots of them on the Play Store and people have been very satisfied with them.
I personally don't mind the Play Music app that much, and use it as a daily driver for music
After the new Play Music apps released, I no longer able to stream music to the Q.
Do you think this is the Q last breath?
I'm also really sad about this issue. My current workaround is to use my old Nexus One with a 4.5 version of the play music app. I have 5 Nexus Q in my place and integrated them completely into my ambiance automation for volume changes & mute control in every room. My escape route from this lingering doom is to write some kind of RTP receiver for the Q's and a UPnP renderer app that doesn't just play locally but also broadcasts to the other Q's. Since I want to keep using Google Music the source will be provided by BubbleUPnP, it has an option to provide your Google Music account as a UPnP media server. I will most certainly miss the beauty of the official Google Music app for remote control, but I don't see another way without loosing the Q's.
So, I been a happy user of Xperia X Compact.
I been using google play music as my main music app for longest time - There is no real reason for it I actually do not use the cloud music storage or anything else, I just liked the UI - but the app itself is in bit of the heavier side. I liked how fast it initially worked - but overall even on this phone it's start up starts to go into the slower side - making me loose hope.
So I decided to try out the Sony's Own app. It looks nice it groups things nice it seems to handle playlists right - but even after going through it's VERY long music ID album art fixing/filling thing and well...
Most of my music is not the most popular kind - even with sony being japanese a lot of my stuff is missing album art now - some ID tags seem to be messed up so I think it is some sort of ID3 version incompatibility.
Anyone know what kind of ID3 does the music app specifically need? Or anyone else have tinkered with it and can tell?
