Not normal unless you installed some cheap screen protector.

Hi Everybody,
I got the HTC Desire HD from a time, just i am asking about something
There is a matrix of dots which is visible under the screen in certain light conditions (when the Screen is off), I know this is the Multitouch Matrix and this is normal
but i have other Grid of Dots on the surface of the screen itself, you can see it when you illuminate the screen and there is a white background for example or any solid color, is this considered normal
what is this other Matrix
Note : this one appears on the surface of the Glass of the Screen, I also noticed it on HTC HD7 but it was very strong than the Desire HD Case
What is this Matrix
Thanks
If I'm honest I think it's the exact same matrix of dots...
If I close either my left or right eye, I can't see it any more, but when they're both open I can see it, though it flickers between alternate dots.
If I then tilt the screen then some appear and some disappear. i think it's just the white background playing tricks with the eyes. They appear red to me also...
I think it's the same one, just looking a bit weird because of the backlight...
There are two layers/arrangements of dots. A grid of dots about 1mm apart and a grid of dots about 5mm apart.
you should see the matrix/diagonal lines on the screen of the Archos 101! very visible at any angle when screen is off
I just got the white AT&T G2. When i look at the screen diagonally screen turns bluish. Looks good horizontally and vertically though.Does it happen to everyone ? Is it a software issue ?
Hi guys,
I have noticed in the dark when using my note 3 in the settings menu the bottom portion of my screen seems to be grey not black. At first I thought maybe this was a software issue so I took a screen shot and zoomed in. When viewing the photo zoomed in the entire screen is grey ish with lines (normal lines had on all amoled screens) When moving the image the greyness does not move which to me says its the screen. However! When using a pixel tester and putting a pure black picture up the screen is perfectly black.
Ideas or thoughts?

That's the way Touchwiz and Gingerbread was originally designed and Samsung kept it this way. This is completely normal and is the software. It's not an issue. It is the same way on my Note 3,Note 2 and Galaxy S II.
Sent from my Note 3
Since last week I am seeing horizontal banding (dark/light banding) on the screen, this is very notable on white backgrounds/low brightness.
Not sure if this is a result of screen burn in, any body seen any thing like this? Is this a hardware issue?
My xa2(h4133) turns off the light at night and looks at the black picture, the brightness is the highest,it can clearly see four color pixels: white, red and green, one in the upper left corner and two in the lower right corner of the screen,my version number is 50.2.A.0.352,I tried to take pictures,it was too small to capture,do you have any of them, please?
By the way, look at the black picture. Is there light on both sides of the screen?
RMA, I also had some (much more) dead pixels. They replaced the screen, now everything is perfectly OK.
