how note3 usb connect to pc like using thumb drive?

as per topic..
when my note3 connect to windows xp, cannot do any transfer..
any suggestion?

Do you have Windows Media Player 10 or later installed (this is what originally brought support for MTP to Windows XP)?

Alternatively to even that, a newer version of Windows (Vista or higher) would also work, since MTP support was built in from the start.

Note 3 malfunctioned?

Hello everyone my windows 8.1 won't recognise my note 3 it says "the last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognise it"
Before that it was working properly than I updated windows and installed kies 3.0. Any solutions?
