Alfs or LinuxDX or nAa Kernel?

Hello Guys and Salam Satu MALAYSIA
How are u doing today?
now,there are 3 kernel available at android development section.
that is :
1. Alfs
2.LinuxDX
3.nAa
Which one u are using right now?
and why?

alfs ;-) for gdx and nAa for mini cm7 ;-)

Alfs is the fastest for me

I use alfs kernel because its the best for me i have not tried out linuxDX. But the NAa kernel wasnt any good for me. Hope i helped!

I like it all, good for a custom rom, fixes some bugs in certain Thanks for your opinion, I will try alf

Most do use v004 or v005
Also myself i'm using Alfs (v005 in this case) because of how smooth everything work and also the OC'ing is pretty stable on my device

alfs is the best kernel for gingerdx..

Anyone tried a kernel with kuyadroid yet? I'm on stock with locked bl now but will unlock soon.

That depends on the users....one can have really fast rom with custom kernel...

Alf ofc for GDX Amazing smooth and really fast!!

alfs is better from LinuxDX? ( I have LinuxDX but if Alfs is better i will install Alfs)

it's up to you!!!
For now now its alfs coz some debate they choose alfalfa for their custom kernel

im using alfs right now.
if u using alfs,make sure u flash the kernel and install the update file.
or else u got remove sd bug.

Dont know why I got boot loop when use nAa with GingerCruzt... So I'm using Alfs.
I only use LinuxDX for GingerDX

GCR85 alf kernel,stable but wifi error

Alfs is the best (fast & stable)
LinuxDX well it's good too but alfs win and i have no experience with nAa

they're both optimized for the respective roms... but u can try them both out and see which suits u better.
flashing kernel only takes a few seconds
also i think it's safe to assume that nAa's kernels will have the latest features at all times

Used Alfs 07 ics kernel, and it's good on Fde 2.4.3 (GC Based)
Notepinion maybe different.

since i don't OC my phone and i'm not using the "ICS" version so there really isn't much of a diff with v6. he did add a 691mhz to the oc list tho...

Im using ICS AlfsKernel and GDX with MiniCM GPU libs and I have maybe 10% boost in performances in overvall. Performaces are pretty similar in NaAs kernel and in Alfs. However I prefer Alfs because Im using GDX.

nAa kernel 10 have graphic performance issue.
But overall performance is 1.5 to 2 faster than any other kernel
And this is very appreciable.

Okay now, i see everyone's opinion...
Now, if you can, give me some benchmark score screenshots..

Idk, it just felt very beta-ish and unstable for me...idk about others tho but i still have high respect for nAa his work isnt smth to be taken lightly

It should be able to work cuz gdx users had to steal libs from minicm 2.1.8 for it to worl

hey dude,dont take jaf,cauz i followed his step and even in home i got wlod...if u want a gaming rom take dixperia 4 or unlocked u can take dixperia 8

Try thgo v17, you will be surprised.

If I can manage my phone to breath again, I will vote..
After updating to v029 it doesnt boot anymore, I just see "Sony Ericsson" on the screan..

So the question is : Which rom you used most in your phone ?
For me the top 3 are :
1.MiniCM7
2.GingerDX
3.MiniCM9

Stayed with gdx from v18 up until v28 (a couple of other cm7 roms here and there). Now i'm using minicm10 for close to a month.

1.gingerdx v29 :thumbup: the most stable rom for my device
sometimes i switch to this two rom:
2.gingerzaraki v10 final
3.miniCM7-2.2.1

1. Eclair
2. MiniCM6
3. MiniCM7
4. GDX (13-29)
Best ROMS I've used so far

MiniCM (Froyo and GB)
GingerSony (right now, awesome ROM )
Other ROMs tested: GDX (v21-), Jelly Bean Mini (about 2 months), MiniCM10, Firedroid, ...

I use MINICM7.....
Rock stable and just awsome...

I used GingerZaraki and MiniCM9
