any guy already tried this ROM ? What about the battery life, improved?
Or same like with 1.66 Stock ROM ?

its almost same like with WWE version regarding battery, performance etc.

I just tested ROM a few hours.
First of all its very very quick.
But somehow I cannot change the wallpaper... each time I open the jpg file
the window closes and quit!
=> SOLUTION : copy the wanted wallpaper on main storage : \My Documents \ My wallpaper
For now the solution is ok, I guess a more comfortable solution would be nice
Furthermore ROMeOS4_CO0KIE_HOMETAB+EDITOR_1_6_1 does not work.
Cannot see Today-Screen or any other quicklinks...

Just some more facts:
I updated facebook app, because in the ROM is only old version!
First of all, no deinstalling of the old version, I have booth versions
on my HD2 now. No matter which icon I push, only the old version starts.
I tried ROMeOS4_DINIK'S_ANASTASIA_ICONSET_v1_0.ZIP and some icons do
not change : Camera, Nachrichten, Kontake, WLAN-Router just to name some.
Manila TV Tab would be nice + Cookie's Hometab + Editor !

Here will be released the upcoming "Serenity-ROM", the counterpart to the "firefly"-ROM by me...
Currently the planning period for this ROM is in progress...
I think, it will become a "Low-Ressource" firmware, that will be quie fast...
But you can post any suggestions for this firmware here...

Can you Try following things in your new rom(for 8530) :
1. Please try to make rom fast so that we can play heavy games without lag and unlocking of phone without lag .
2. If possible,try to fix or remove memory leakage issue:silly:
3. if possible,add some kind of sound effect like vodoo or extreme grove in ROM
4. Make hidden bada storage visible via USB.
5. If possible,make GPS fix fast.:silly:

1. If it is possible to reduce the lag ... for example when I play Asphalt 6 all widgets are closed.
2. If it is possible to add a Facebook app that lets you know in real time when you receive a message, a LIKE or someone has written on the wall ... etc ... just like on Android.
3. If it is possible to add a GPS application that works and that you know when to turn right or left and when to go ahead ... I hope I did understand, because the already preinstalled, Samsung LBS, must be activated, to look your way from one point to another and to guide you on that road.

Wooden Bada is the next skinpack I made to change Bada 2.0 ' s "face". In this skinpack, may be I changed everything more. And of course, it is nicer than Tet 2013 Skinpack, which I made exclusively for my country (Beloved "Vietnam") at Lunar New Year 2013. As previous version, I make for Wave 1 and Wave 2. Unfortunately, I don't have both *.rc1 and *.rc2 files of Wave 3, so I can't make skin for Wave 3, hope everyone uses Wave 3 not sad. If everyone wants Wave 3 skinpack, please upload both *.rc1 and *.rc2 files and will be released later.

Wave 2 users now use *.rc2 in (1) and *.rc1 in (2-fix) to flash. Hope successful!!!!!
How to flash? [for everyone doesn't know]:
- Use Multiloader v5.65.
- Set Wave in Download Mode
- Tick LSI > Master ROM > browse both .rc1, .rc2 file and fota.
- Port search > Download.
- All complete > unplug USB, take of battery and put on it > Starts phone > Enjoy!!!!

[Guide] Add new wallpapers in SecWallpaperChooser.apk

I was trying to add few extra wallpapers in my Samsung device's system app SecWallpaperChooser.apk but unfortunately didn't find any tutorial or guide to help me, so I have to learn and do it all on my own.
So basically I'm writing this tutorial for those who want to add new wallpapers and specially for those new devs who are making new Rom with lollipop or above version theme for a device that is 4.1+
Prerequisites:-
1) A rooted phone
2) Backup your original SecWallpaperChooser.apk
3) Any Tool that can Decompile & Recompile with it's requirements
4) Notepad++
5) Photoshop or any other similar software.
6) Basic knowledge of decompiling and recompiling.
Let's Start
Backup your SecWallPaperChooser.apk
Decompile SecWallpaperChooser.apk
Add or edit wallpapers in \res\drawable-sw320dp-hdpi [Since my device is sw-320dp-hdpi, you may have different too]
Numbering should be in ascending order like wvga_05.jpg , wvga_05_small.jpg , wvga_06.jpg , wvga_06_small.jpg & so on.... Check the screenshot below.

Replace "APKTOOL_DUMMY_XXXX" with the new added wallpaper name & save it.
I have added 5 new wallpapers with the name

I am not using this forum active but i have run across with this chinese alternative rom which alibaba group make to compete with ios and miui i guess.
Rom 4.4 based (possible aosp based they build their framework on it)
using it for one week, you can remove any app from alibaba (include appmarket but doesnt try service.apk's ) its a good thing i guess.
I am not the developer of the rom, just sharing to get our rom databes and gettin attention to people who wants to try new roms.
has english and chinese language default. but you can activate other languages from morelocale and install fonts with other programs like ifont.
installed opengapps 4.4 pico works great
has own camera ui and i like it
got no bug or problem except opera cant work.
dont forget adding whatsapp etc apps to auto start(or you can lock them on the ram like miui)
750 mb ram using while whatsapp wps mail hello sms and timely locked to ram
400 mb ram using after start.
all apps using their own notification panel as you can swipe up icon to see its notification. they also seen on notification panel as you want.
has free themes and fonts like miui
very flow and has speed,battery friendly. has backup feature to sms' to applications.
has its own security panel to prevent trojans and password protect( when keyboard is active disable the connections immediatly while password screens)

install gapps
start rom
open playstore and insert google account info
restart and flash supersu.(kingoroot also fine)
I share it because there are more versions for other models but our beloved note 2 stuck at 4.4

nope as I said mostly aosp based. so you can use s-pen via s-pen add on. or apps like fooview

have you test the flyme os for n7100?

of course, battery life was good , you can remove an any system app but cant services its a nice rom and I want to share it may be we develop more things in it .(latest update was 2016)

sadly cast screen doesn't work in those roms
