2gig for $18, 6gig for $76. Not bad. I could do with gettin a 6 gig for movies and keeping my 2gig and for $18 picking up a few more for music.
I want the 8GB but I jut bought some studio monitor headphones and I can't make the price

Yeah true that
Its a lot of cards, I know, but I did save myself like $25 and I already have a 1GB, so it'll be cool to have nine different ones. If one craps out or gets lost, I don't lose ALL my data.

newegg.com has an 8gig for cheaper.
I bought an 8GB MicroSDHC class 4 off of Amazon a few weeks ago for $28USD.
oh well i have a 2gig and was about to buy a 4 gig but i dont think i need it..... =\
Shipping included?
Be careful Buying cheap SD Cards. They could be counterfeit from an unreputable dealer.
Like they always say, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."
New egg has an A-DATA 16GB Secure Digital High-Capacity (SDHC) Flash Card Model TurboSD SDHC 16G for US$43.99 plus shipping.
I agree with Jimmy, but personally am running an A-data now. There is a review on the newegg site where a customer claims to have had 3 of these and 2 reported as Class-6 and one as Class-2. He says he RMA'ed the class 2 and got the other class 6.
I went ahead and grabbed one to check it out in my kaiser, no idea what I will ever store on it frankly. I can't fill up a 4gig now, or maybe I should say yet!

I checked out that card. It looks like a standard size SDHC card, rather than the MicroSDHC that the Kaiser uses. How are you going to try it with your Kaiser?

Once Again I don't want to sound like I wear a tin foil hat. But I do computers for a hobby, a first, and a second job. I've seen LOTS of counterfeit stuff technology-wise out there.
eBay is the worst offender!
I find that New-egg Is pretty good, they let my RMA if I have issues. Amazon as well, depending on the "seller." My top three: Amazon Direct, Adorama, and J&R Music/Computer World.

Cause it was 420 and I didn't read close enough, LOL. So scratch that I am going to use it in my camera. LOL
I have an 8 Gig which I purchased when they were still around $70 USD. I have mine pretty full with movies and music. I was away on business this past week and the music came in handy. I did notice that my 700 meg Divx movies stutter some and will need to go back to the 200-300 Mb movie size. I have never had problems with NewEgg. BTW - Segeway - Just purchased a Colby 7" DVD player which has both SD and USB ports on it. I was able to play the DiVx movies I have on my MicroSD card. They did not stutter on the Player. The player is a good deal right now for around 100 USD.
I got mine at Microcenter
4GB - $19.99
8GB - $49.99
I bought an 8gb microsdhc from newegg.com for under $30. Class 6
i just stole my 8gb from someone else..
(just kidding folks!)

http://dealnews.com/Kingston-16-GB-micro-SDHC-Class-2-Card-for-39-free-shipping/283580.html
Buy.com offers the Kingston 16GB microSDHC Class 2 Secure Digital High-Capacity Card, model no. SDC2/16GB, for $38.97 with free shipping ($2.44/GB). That's the lowest total price we could find by $4 and the least expensive 16GB microSDHC card we've seen
Nice price...
that's a good deal, too bad that they only ship to US
I could help if I think I can trust you and you think you can trust me. I could buy it for you if you commit to buy it from me. I don't think the shipping to Canada is that expensive from NJ, plus it's a very light package. Of course I will not charge you more than what the website charges, I'm not looking to make any money here but to help everyone I can, that's what the community is for anyway.
Let me know.
Peace.
Daniel.

That's very nice of you Daniel. Thank you. The reason I hesitated is because it's a kingston and I had really bad experience with them. For Flash drive use, it's a really good brand, but for cellphone flash, it's too slow.
But thanks, I'll have you in mind next time I want to buy something from the states
sincerely,
Tony

No offence but ebay is full of scams in memory cards.
Hi guys!
I'd like to ask what is the best option, shield pro with a HDD or shield with 16GB SSD?
I'll use it not like a gaming console, but just as some tiny desktop with a various screen. I'm curious, could I change the HDD in the PRO version in future? What is the better choice, if I'll install linux on it?
Thanks!

Im a Gamer but i have the 16 gb variant and thaths enough for me.Im lucky. I mount a 500 GB external storage, then setting up for internal storage, so i have no problem.
I have read that 16GB version is faster.

I did not know that. but why buy 500gb version, if you can expand the internal memory to a hard disk, a USB stick or an sd card anyway.
There is a promotion on till the 1st of May where they bundle in another controller with either version (at least they do here in the UK). You could always sell it to recoup some cash, they retail for £50. I love the device, now is a pretty good time to buy to be fair.
Personally I bought the 16GB model with the remote bundled on promotion. I've added a 500GB USB2 external drive I had laying around as adopted storage (thanks to Marshmallow) and it works well enough for my liking. A 64GB MicroSD is ~£15 or a 1TB USB3 external HDD would be ~£40. You could probably get the 16GB model and a 2TB HDD for the price of the Pro model in fairness.
I wish I bought the 16th instead of the 500gb. Don't get me wrong, the 500Tb is nice but since I like to run fastboot -w once a week (j/k) it would only take me about 2 minutes to do a good wipe and not 2 hours. I do like stock restyle and full android more than stock. Unlocking the boot loader for root requires the wipe as well.
I bought it when android 5.1 did not hand memory as adoptive memory. Now 6.0 does and drives are cheap.
