wow thanks for the very constructive advice Capt Obvious. The vibrate on call connect is pretty useful when ur busy doing something and rather not waste time listening to the phone ring.
Lol, dude, easy. I was having a laugh.
Anyways, ive just spent 15 mins scouring the internet to see if there is an option to turn it on and can't find any.
During that time I've looked on the Market place under searches "call vibrate" & "call connect". Neither of these searches brought up anything of relivence other than an app that vibrates when the call ENDS.
I'll keep searching dude, and might see if I can tweak the callend app, so it vibrates when connection is made rather than terminated.
sorry again ;-)
Settings -> Sound & display -> Phone vibrate
that vibrates the phone when u get a call. it doesnt vibrate on call connect.

Sorry if I sounded rude dude. I thought you were just another troll who had nothing better to do than comment on threads just for the heck of it.
Thanks for searching. I've done the same. Lil surprising there's no app out for this or that the xperia doesnt have it by default. Was hoping someone had a better idea about this..
Anyone??
you didn't sound rude, that's how id of replied lol. just my cheeky nature! I don't mean anything sinister by my posts .
as an update, I've managed to compile the code required to enable a vibrate when call ENDS so if I can figure out what part is contolled by the call connection, were in business! don't hold too much hope on this myself though cause surely if it could be done, it would be done by now! we'll see buddy.
Guys, really need such app as well,
If anybody remake "Callend vibrate" to "CallStartEnd Vibrate" it would be fine.
I got one nice app
I have X10 and face same problem until i found this great app
I got nice app called: Phone setting master
Hope that can help
hey guys,
i saw a video of the galaxy s3, where the phone automatically calls someone, when you put the phone to your ear from the text message screen.
that doesn't seem to be working on my telus S III.
anyone know why?
You have to enable it.

Enable it at Settings, Motion, check Motion activation and then turn on direct call.
And you have to be using the stock messaging app.

Hey there, I saw in a youtube video some time back when i was researching wireless charging, somebodies phone, when placed on the matt, made a rising beep sound, and when taken off a lowering beep tone.
My question to you is, Is there a way that I can set custom sounds for when charging starts and stops ?
I like the audible feedback for placing my phone on the charger but at the same time having the same noise, which i THINK is my default notification noise, kinda bugs me ^^"
Thanks in advance for any help c:
Even if its an app that manages it.. c:
I think u can do it with tasker

I can figure out charge on sounds, but not off :c
I was wondering if there was a way to make my phone go into silent mode (ringer off) when my pebble smart watch connects and goes back to default ringer setting when disconnected. My only idea would be to use tasker but I've never used it before so wouldn't know how to set it up, any help appreciated
AutomateIt is a good app to try.
The command should be,
When Bluetooth on, turn phone on silent.

Hi All.
Question maybe is pretty stupid but I have problem with this. I can't find any solution to turn off blink of flash light (from camera) durning incomming call ? Any help ?
Do you mean like when you recieve a call? If so that can be turned off in the accessibility settings under hearing, it should be the first option.
