I want a rom fr wm 6.5 for my htc hd, I had a rom sunrise 2.1 and I would like a newer version (eg 2.7 or Eclipse_5_5_191 Sunrise) I can not find or download links are dead

I am planing to buy the HTC Wildfire S, which will have german as language interface.
I would like to have the whole OS in english.
I need to flash a new room then, like I did with windows mobile 6.5? or does android support multilanguage, and I can change it when ever I want?
