It was in the same pocket as my bus pass and it cut it.
Can I fix it?

so nothing i can do?
Contact HTC or your wireless provider and see what they say. I don't see why you couldn't just replace the data ribbon.
If warranty won't cover it you could easily replace it yourself

Is it possible for part of the touch screen to crap out but not all of it? When I get a notification and bring down the screen it will not let me select the message if its the first one. I can select 2nd 3rd etc.

Are you using a screen cover? I get issues like that with a screen cover, especially when there is high humidity

I remember on the hero some people had issues where the bottom half of the screen was non responsive. I can't remember why.

I had that problem once with my transform.... it has to do with the repetedly opening an closeing of the slider... something gets worn out.... i took it to a sprint store an they gave me new phone

Nandroid and wipe and reflash a different rom. If its still happening you probably have a bad or loose flex cable. Pretty easy fix or a repair sprint store can do it for you.

Hi, the middle of my screen doesn't want to work. The LCD screen stop working and I replace it but the middle of the screen is still not working. I sure this is a hardware issue. I've tried many different roms and still have the same issue.
Does anyone know what hardware device that controls the screen?
Thanks

Replace the digitizer

Yup I had the same problem with mine at one point. Fairly easy to replace. And I think digitizers are only about $15 on ebay

As some of you noticed the lg g2 came with a free quick window case. Which I personally really really like. Just when the flap goes over the screen. It never stays on the screen... Its always raised. So its not stable and it can turn on the device by accident. Just wanted to know if anyone is having same issues or have a solution ( if you know what I am on about anyway)

same issue here
Mine didn't come with the case...

No free case here. But then again att likes to repackage their phones and take out all the extra goodies a phone would normally come with.

You have to break it in. It takes about a week or so.

After about a month, it's still a bit raised for me. I was hoping it'd be magnetized or weighted.
It's nice to see i'm not the only one with this problem, even though it is a pretty minor issue to me anyway, it is REALLY annoying :/
you would of though they would have put a magnet on it or something.
Yes it will work after you open and closer it about 100 times. I also layed a book on mine eventually it works as intended

Hi,
I recently exchanged the frontglass of my GS4 and used an OCA (optically clear adhesive) film to glue the lcd to the front glass. The film was put on the lcd without bubbles. However, putting the frontglass on it these tiny bubbles occured. I was lucky to remove some of them after heating the screen (80 degree celsius) and pressing on the screen. But I read that only a autoclave would solve my problem.
However, I wanted to ask if someone here has an idea how I could fix this problem with other tools/method.
Thanks in advance,
Kon
