i have flashed my device new with the german touch it final rom from tije, which worked wonderful for me installing it first time (a month ago)
now i have flashed the rom again yesterday and my device stucks in the htc startscreen. nothing works (hardreset, softreset, removing battery)
please tell me what to do
Go into bootloader mode and flash with the german RUU (see Wiki and search for Details)
Then you can flash again.

but how can i flash my new rom now? i just checked the touch it final german rom from itje and i got the following message: no device connected - would you like to try copying again?
can i flash with official rom? how? i need active sync right?
ok everythings ok right now will flash with official htc wm6 now (works without active sync)
and then i will start again with itjes touch it rom, cause i know it works stable

i'm new so i started with the newbie.
All works until i have to use the rom bei Tomme45i. After that i only got a desktop but no buttons and i cant go to system by the start button on the screen, somehow it won't work.
Ok fine i think so i dl the beta9.9.9 by narshorn for my trinity, after one and an half our waiting i finally could install it but after that my trinity freezes short time after starts.
Before using Narshorns rom i got a vodafone pic on the screen by start after using the rom it's a htc-pic then some red letters appear and disappear then nothing more happens.
Maybe someone could help me. It would be so great!

Download the newest version of Narshorn from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=549146 and install it. Works great for me. It doesnt freeze it just takes longer to boot the first time. The htc-pic and leters are normal.

Btw. ickebins always showed me how to boot the bootloade and then install another rom. WM 6.1 works but i didn't find a 6.5 that works on my Trinity :/

My HTC Universal is almost dead
I had Tomal v12 ROM, tried to install Almost2 ROM, but it stuck on Splash screen , after reflashing several other ROMs problem remained there. also tried MTTY app and enter to bootload and flushed Tomal rom again.
bottom result. now i can't see any thing on my screen , even i cant enter to BootLoader screen by pressing keys.
Screen is totaly black at moment and usb connected to it does not recoginize it as valid device.
Please help me how to come out from this.. and get back my device back working.
how can i enter to bootloader from sd card.?
any help would be appericiated.

i was tring to install Android to my HTC HD2 Wm6.5 when it boot something happened it stop. Then it is not connect to computer and do not work Hard Reset ROM deleted Compleatly blank.
When i open device screen olnh HTC logo. No work.
How could i install any Rom?
Win65 or Android.

As mentioned by backlash, get to bootloader......
(turn on while holding vol down)
Check your HSPL is still installed.
Reflash a WM6.5 ROM..
Then follow this step by step guide.........

And by flash again he means you may need to go ALL the way back get into bootloader and do a Task 29.
Better yet - Download the HD2 Toolkit From this Formum(dont for get to Thank the developer of the software) Right from this software you'll be able to Task 29, Partition and anything else you'll need. This is the easyway

You may try boot in refrigerator....to cool down CPU
if this works, that means maybe a hardware defect is happening on your phone

install recovery for sd card google sd card recovery xda this allows one to go into recovery when u press and hold power button and choose first option boot ad sd. follow instructions frim thread.
