Heres an app for those who want to replace their current caller Id screen .
The app is called :Full Screen Caller ID LITE

It provides some nice features .. and acts well as a caller ID app..also it has some really good customization options. It does make ur android look better.
Though the UI is not that smooth but its effective.
Although there are 2 versions of the app : The LITE version and PAID version .
I hv not yet tried both.
One drawback is that It has advertisements wen the app is running.
You can disable the Full Screen caller ID app any time from the apps menu
So guys try the app out

Can anyone please help me to understand how the f*** to use the metro theme app to customize the colors and backgrounds man I've googled and Bing my ass off and no videos or tutorials I'm new to windows phones I used to be a iPhone 4 freak but got tired of using windows phone theme through dreamboard to make my phone look like a windows phone so I went and bought my focus on Craigslist for $75 and sold my ip4 for $350 lmao! I just got tired of the lag when using themes BC the iPhones UI is ugly as hell. Sorry for the long post but hope someone can help me understand that app. All I want is to have a black keyboard and when I try I get a white block across the top of the screen.

I want a full screen caller app that replaces the default caller. I tried lot of apps like this in market, but all those are lagging and not perfect. Recently i saw CM9 HeHappy ROM's caller screen. It is looking good. Can i get that in my stock rom. or somebody suggest me some good app for this.

Got an S4 today started playing with it and am really getting annoyed... I come from a long line of HTC devices and have never been this disgusted with a phone. All the cool bells and whistles are nice but I bought a phone to call people.. this phone takes way too many steps just to make a call. Where is the contact widget to simplify this to one touch. I have tried every contact widget on the market and either they dont work with touchwiz, have low res pictures, or they are really small icons. I know there is a small dialer app available on the phone but I dont want 8 individual little pictures of my contacts. I have tried Nova Launcher and it has what I am looking for but it has low res pictures. Also the contact app wont save my groups right I put 8 people in my favorite but if I try to use it in a contact widget it only shows 2 or 4 not the whole 8 that I put in it,,,,,,,
Ok now that I have vented I will ask the questions that I need.
1. Is there a contact widget like the one available in easy mode but high res (or better yet the one like htc sense one).
2. Why does the contact app keep forgetting who I put in a group.
3. When I link two contacts why does it not use the facebook picture as the contact picture on all contacts.
4. I want to keep this phone stock because I dont want to root it till I know I am going to keep it so don't suggest I root and go custom rom.

Have you tried simple contact widget? It does a single 2x2 widget

Looks like it would do what I want it to so I downloaded it and put it on a screen and it just says "no Contacts....initializing" for the past 10 minutes.
Finally got one to work while I was looking for the one you told me about. It is DW contacts it works great.
Just thought this might be a place for anyone to post any quick circle apps they know of.
The Play Store seems very sparse.
All I can see is two by Sternberg Labs.
Any more very gratefully received..

LG G3/ THL 5000 quick circle/square - files location.

Excuse me if I may be posting this thread in the wrong section but I couldn't find out anything about this topic.
The deal is that my boss bought THL 5000 which per my view is a good device. That phone, much like the LG G3, has a special case, that has a square cut in the upper part ( the one on the G3 is circle shaped). There you can see the clock, answer calls etc.
The issue he is having is that when the case is closed and there is an incoming call, the wallpaper of the caller is so light that he can't see the name of the person that is calling. I promised to help him, assigned a picture to my contact in his phone, called him but on the quick square screen the default photo remains. If I open the phone I can then see the photo I want but not on the quick lockscreen
Thinking it is quite similar as the LG G3 quick circle, I tried to find some information on where these files could be found through root browser so that I can replace the picture with darker one but to no avail. The phone is rooted and I am desperately trying to find a way of changing this caller wallpaper on the quick lockscreen access ( as stated above - trying to change contact's photo didn't do the trick)

I was wondering if there is an option to display on caller screen (when somebody is calling you) additional info like Organization (company) like you can on the iPhone 6. Is there an app for such a thing or?

It seems that there is no collection of company information of data, but what i have used is dialing interface with call-number registration location.
was going to post an image... but i unable to post link or so.. so if you search google for "ios 9 call screen" the first image is what i am looking for
