i just wanna know whether the htc sound enhancer is ever gonna work on our HD2?

Is there a sound equalizer or enhancer that works on HD2 mango?
Does it work on 25 Lang HD2 Pdaimatejam Rom Wp7.8 OS 7.10.8858.136 RMT v8.7
I have it on my HD2, but it's not working too. I read somewhere that older versions of this app in some cases may work, but I can't find anywhere some of those older versions...

I couldn't find a ROM for N1 with the Desire's Dolby mobile enhancer.
Is it hardware or software?

i was playing on my brothers htc radar the over day and noticed that under settings that there is a camera mode (panorama and burst modes) and under sound enhancer there is a 5.1 settng for video i was wondering if it was possible to install these on my hd2 (windows phone 7.5 hd20 1.26)
