Guyz how can we transfer contacts to the SGS+ from KIES after flashing the ROM to 2.3.6.....Cant do it the normal way cuz kies gets hangged every time i try!!

Hard reset on this phone isn't that complicated.
Use a backup programm like Pim Bachup. It doesn't have to be installed and works right away.
Google your problem.
I know that there is a command to put like if you were calling like #2...# tu update the camera but I don't remember exactly.
Check in Modaco ROM tips, it should be there.

and the problem is that program dont run on wmp7 and i rly need to get my contact from that site to the phone pls help

i done the same thing mate.
What i done was re-flash an old rom then sync with myphone & then copy all contacts to the sim.
You can then flash wp7 again & copy contacts from sim to phone.

my Cousin want to try the android os
so he bought galaxy y 2.3.5
the problem is the slow gallery
videos lag and Music "mp3 files"
and sometimes the whole phone stop working when i open the gallery
i try to update it to 2.3.6 but the problem but nothing changed
i try to use video players from market but the same problem happen
youtube or online videos works fine
and another Question
can i update it to ics without any problems
some replays said that camera dont work etc..

u cant update ur galaxy y from gingerbread to ics...
try update via kies or through phone..
if ur friend is ready to void the warranty try flashing custom ROMS in android devolopment section..
It may solve the problem....

Try re-formating your SD card or replace it....
I have a p3100, and i got the jelly bean update viva OTA last night and its 4.1.1 ( Build Number :: JRO03C.P3100DDCLL1 ), and now i can't CONNECT my stupid tab to pc, as its not detected, i even installed the last version of kies, and samsung ****s me over once again, i was able to find a guy with the same problem and he said he got a new OTA update whcih solved his problem, so anyone else got the upper version then mine? in india? Any Suggestions for my problems, plz help me if u Can.

traditionally if you have a problem and then solve it, you post HOW you solved it incase it happens to someone else.
it was embracing, on how my problem was solved, so that why i didn't wrote it, i didn't restart my pc after updating kies to the latest version, i restarted my pc and reconnected my tab, it started installing new drivers for my tab and it got connected XD
