Want to buy HD2 but I need advice

I am currently in US for the next 3 weeks and I am traveling to Australia for one month (perth).
I want to buy the HTC HD2 and I was looking over the Internet to find a good deal...
I found several sites that deliver unlock devices with the price of 180-300$, what I think that those sites are selling a Chinese devices, I don't want to buy a fake device...
I found on froogle (google) the following store for 450$ for unlock device:

Well I want to buy the device but not a fake one.

The best place to buy it, would probably be from expansys or Clove in the UK, and get it shipped to you. That will probably be the most reliable option.

I want to buy a telus htc hero to use on ATT. Anyone know were i can get one besides E-bay.

Got mine from Negri Electronics. Also try PureMobile

got mine from www.cellengros.com, bought on site as i live in montreal, but they ship worlwide and they are unlocked, and they are telus ones...it came in a telus box heh....and it's only yours for 500$, which is the correct price, not 599$ like importgsm!!

PureMobile has the best price for a site so far.
I bought mine on Ebay the other day for the same price, $530 shipped. Should be here in a few days.
The sellers name was superbuyer_888, they seem to put one up every few days.

when i bought my HTC HD last year, i got a wonderful pouch with it. Unfortunately with the HD2 i didnt. Do HTC do a pouch for the HTC HD2?
If so, where can i buy one from? it needs to be the same material as the one that comes in the box for htc hd.

The official HD2 one is muuuuuch nicer than the HD one - it's leather (ish).
Some providers aren't supplying the pouches (for some unfathomable reason), so you're left getting yourself one. If you want one like the HD pouch, then you'd have to buy it anyway. There's a "cases" thread in the Leo accessories forum. Just have a look in there - it's full of suggestions.
Incidentally, who did you get it from?

I've seen a number of online retailers selling it so just search for the code S510.

I don't use mine, you can buy it (brand new and unused) for £6 including p&p within the UK. Paypal etc fine.

i got mine from TMobile.

Odd, I got mine from TMobile UK too and they didn't give me a pouch. When I spoke to HTC Tech Support (about a different matter) they said it was TMobile's request that their HD2's came without pouches. Tight fisted...

Has anybody unlocked their MT4G using unlocking sites? Can you recommend a trustworthy one?
I already tried getting one from T-mobile and they are asking me for a receipt from the store and I bought it from Ebay (I don't live in the US so that was my only option for buying online).

No no idea, but if you google unlock my touch 4g maybe you will find something. Best wishes...

I got mine from Ebay. There were only a few listings for HTC phones this new. Price was $23 or $25US. I used one with a high feedback score and got my code in a couple of hours. The cheapest website I found was around $30US (Unlock2go).

Thats ridiculously over priced, sorry but no thanks. Im thinking in the low 100s. Most are used and new ones are hard to come up on. I currently have an Epic 4G Touch, but it isnt the same as a HD2.
