Here is a small tool that will let You to Pull out the WIFI passwords, backup and restore system apk's, user apk's, change the size of the whole Android and much more.
if You don't know what I mean there are screenshots in the program.

Works GREAT on wm2003, finally a very easy to use today screen photodialer with lots of other great features. Also, it can partition and defrag cards.

how would i go about extracting the icons that the program uses. don't see them anywhere, just .dat files.

This app changes registry values containing device name
I have found a little nice tool to save incoming data from Bluetooth on Storage Card.
You can always choose to save all files to the storage card or to any other destination you may want to have your files at.
Works on WM6.1 (Cotulla - HTCMAG_ROM_WWE_O3)
