Looking for a flashable zip for the power notifications in the pulldown menu. Not the standard one, but the one where you can tap the settings and it will bring down options, but long pressing brings up the full options screen. Not sure if this is available or even what it's called.
Anyone?

Some of you might already have this but I thought I would share for those who didn't. I added a Reboot button/widget to my Homescreen with Tasker which eliminates the need to hold down the Power button to turn off and then pushing it again to turn on. Saves your Power button from unnecessary use and this is a shortcut to rebooting your phone. Enjoy.
Long press on empty space on the desired home screen and select Widget.
Select New Task
Title it Reboot
Add new Action
Near the bottom, In the Filter section, search for Reboot
Type: Make sure it says Normal
Hit the Back button twice, it will then ask you to select an Icon
Select Built-in Icon
Choose whichever Icon you want for the widget
Hit the Back button (do not hit the Home button or else it will cancel/delete everything that you just did)
Confirm that the new widget is on the screen that you selected and you are done
Credit goes to zeppler for initially helping me set up a nightly reboot task which then gave me this idea to create Reboot widget
Nice work!

Thanks for sharing. Is there a way to add a widget for extended reboot?

I've got one even better. Go to play store and install auto reboot widget. If you use a launcher with gestures like nova then edit your app drawer icon or any other convenient icon and set swipe action to auto reboot widget. It mimics advanced power menu but faster and easier.
On my Galaxy S5, I seem to run into a handful of apps that seem to push the idea of having a dedicated menu soft/hardware button to get to futher menu options.
Obvious the S5 has a Recent apps button in place of a menu button, holding the recents button triggers the Menu-button command and brings up an apps' menu.
The amount of time you have to hold down the recents button for the secondary Menu-button function to trigger is horrifically obnoxious. In cyanogenmod, the delay is much, much shorter and makes working with the menu-button a whole lot more swift.
I know that with xposed framework mods and whatnot, you can switch the function of the recents button. I do use recents a LOT more than Menu so it'd be nice to be able to find out how to change the stock firmware's alternate-button delay time.
I've been digging around in settings databases in SQ Lite editor for a while to no avail.
Anyone willing to help figure this out is greatly appreciated.
Hello. I just got this great phone today and I'm wondering why there is only "Power Off" on the power menu. Is there a way to get other options like Reboot at least? I don't see any Advanced Power Menu options in Developer Options.
Also, ideally I would like to not show the battery icon on the status bar. (I prefer to use something like T.E.A.M. Battery Bar) instead.
If you dont want your volume down button to turn on alarms only then follow this below its how to turn it off.
So far the option to disable it is hidden in the N previews. Slide down the quick settings shade and hold down the settings gear icon for a few seconds then let go. You should now unlock a new "System UI Tuner" entry in the settings app, right above "About phone". From there, in the "Do not disturb" section you'll find a "Volume buttons shortcut" toggle. This section does not exist on Marshmellow or older.
When I select "do not disturb" icon, the options do not show any longer: gotta slide down fully notification bar and click on small arrow next to icon to choose the three different modes.
Also when using volume keys, the do not disturb options are not shown, even if enabled from settings (see attachment).
Thanks
