Hi guys I have this problem every few weeks, after a while no apps or updates will install, ive tried to find the file on the SD which is usually the culprit but can never find it. If I factory reset the fone its ok for a few weeks but its a real pain. Is there anything else I can do? Im running 2.2 rooted.
Thanks for any advice.

My first advice would be not to install any apps to the SD and install everything to the phone. SEcondly keep the cache wiped for the market app
Sorry to be a noob but is there a way to make sure they install only to the phone as I have tried everything else.

by default all apps should automatically install to your phone's internal memory

But generally when we run across someone having problems with apps updating is because they have several pirated apps on their device and the market tends to not play nice any longer... so you should at least wipe all caches, wiper cache for the market and maybe use something like market enabler if you are outside the US

Which one? I am assuming Ryanza from the market. Are you sure you installed it? Is it in your app drawer?
And you should post this in the Q&A section of the forum not developement.

This may seem a rather stupid question, and I am 90% sure of it- but is it ok to delete the gapps and cyanogen file now that I have the new rom installed. Thanks for your patience!

Yes it is ok to delete cm7 and install other rom.
Go to recovery and wipe everything first. Then install the new rom.
Edit: oh ... Now I got what you were asking. Lol....

Yes you can delete the file once it's installed, just remember it may be a good idea to keep them handy incase something goes wrong, you can just re install it (and wipe) to get it back working.
Hope that's what you meant!
Thanks!

But only format system if u want a new rom, because it deletes the "inside" of your phone and can be dangerous

Okay, first of all, if you were flashing something, try doing it again, sometimes that works.
I don't realy know alot baiout your phone, but after reading the wiki and doing some Gooogle searches, I found this http://www.modaco.com/topic/343587-guide-de-bricking-a-zte-blade/ via some other treads.Read through it, see if resembles some stuff on your phone and use some common sense, before doing anything.
I am sorry, but that's all I can do to help. Maybe PM(nicely) some people in the forum who have your phone, or search your problem.
I really am sorry for not being able to help more.

Where are the days Google gave you relevant info?? :silly:
Anyway, I just cant find anything. Some ideas I came up with: maybe try to re-flash your ROM or restoring a backup. I know TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project) backs up the bootloader.
