how to change boot animation to Nexue S boot animation?

can anyone tell how to change boot animation 'S' to Nexus S "X" boot animation on I9000 (XXJPX)?

Greeting. I just installed Omni for the first time and I went to change my bootanimation from the stock one to another. Well when I do and reboot to see if it works, it does, however when the boot is complete my lockscreen doesn't work and I have no notification bar or nav buttons. When I remove the custom animation I get my bars back and the lockscreen works again.

Anyways to change the LG smiley face that comes on before the boot animation?

Is there any ways that you can change the LG screen that comes on when you power on the phone? Not the boot animation but the LG screen that comes on before the boot animation?
