Again do not worry guys, doomlord is porting the ics alpha build to the play, check the arc dev threads.
Sent from my R800i using XDA App

but i suppose the alpha build will not have communication features.

All good things come in time. Who cares! Go shell out 750 for the ****ty Nexus thanks to big red. Its one of those days.

Xda App

Is it just me or is the free XDA app missing from the market? Anyone else notice this?
It is removed because of bugs, but before you post you should search a bit.

That's a useful reply.... I had an update notification, but it can' t find it, the cynic in me says its because theres a paid version now....

That's because XDA removed the app from the market temporarily.
There has always been a paid and then a free version. The app was taken off the market because the latest update had a lot of bugs, so they took it down to fix the bugs.
It will be back up eventually.
Its there with good update.

I was expecting a little bit more than that lol
I have the free version and after I sign in and use it for a few days it starts force closing on me. I have to clear the data then restart and everything starts working again. I just updated to the latest one so we will see if this is fixed. I doesn't seem to matter which ROM I am using currently on AOSP 3/14 GB ROM. I would like to get the paid version but don't want it force closing on me.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Nope. Been very reliable to me thus far; no fc's or slow downs.

Are you ready folks!?!?!

Z have bypassed the bootloader!! Devs are you ready for this new challenge?
Now all we gotta do is wait for a dev to release a complete stable rom whit the custom kernel and of course all cool features like 30fps caps unlocked 16million color thingy and we can finnally really overclock our x10 this such a good news im bloody happy and cant wait for this!
Please all leave your opinion
And No This Not An April's Fool Joke!
Thanks

And it's coming this Friday!
http://www.engadget.com/2011/05/25/gingerbread-finally-coming-to-droid-x-friday-droid-2-and-pro-to/

New Rooting option maybe!!!!

I have a rooted atrix already so this is pointless to me. but could be helpful to others. I have tried some of the automatic rooting programs and apps but failed miserably. so had to do it the old fashion way!!
but i came across this and it looks very promising.
http://www.xda-developers.com/andro...-anything-try-doomlords-easy-rooting-toolkit/
has worked on other motorola devices. so who knows. could be a timesaver!
As if the one click root option we have already is too long a process?

CM9 News?

Has anyone seen any updates for CM9 for LTE SG3? I thought with common chipsets we would see builds floating around already.

C9 will soon seize (if not already) and they will start working on CM10 with JB
i heard this guy likes to give ETAs if you PM him.

Is my logic right that since the T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T and the Verizon SG3 all share the same chipset that all the rom development can be shared?
