Hello. First of all, i'm sorry for my poor english, i'm trying to speak properly but i'm spanish and not very good english speaker.
I have a problem with my HTC HD2, I can't receive incoming calls. When someone calls to my number it says "Busy number" (no advice on my terminal). However I can call others with no problems.
There is some data I think is useful:
Android 2.3.7
Radio: 15.42.50.11U_2.15.50.14
Kernel: 2.6.32.50_Dorimanx_V2.9-NO-2WAY-REC
Mod: CyanogenMod-7-12172011-NIGHTLY-HD2[Dorimanx_v3.0.0-MAG/CLK]
Compilation number: GWK74
I've tried with previous versiĆ³n of Dorimanx rom, and with radio 2.14 (and I've reinstalled all that 2 times to see if it was an strange error on installation).
Any ideas? Thank you for read =)
I would just switch to a different rom to avoid this issue
Thank you casemandan for your fast reply. I will try to change the rom, hope that works...

HI,
I set my unit to flash/blink whenever there is missed call and new incoming sms. I set it to the NO LIMIT settings.
My prob is that it only flashes in red for about 10-20 mins only and occasionally non-stop(until i view my missed call/new incoming sms)
Why is it like that?
Urgent help needed.........
Hi Pierre, I had the same problem but since the upgrade to the T-mobile rom this problem is solved. So what is your ROM version?
The bad thing is that I now use Phone Profiles and the same problem occurs.
my ROM is 1.03.00 USA
ExtROM Version is 1.03.42
Wat is the phone profile you were saying about??
all other who has the same ROM as mine having the same problem??
Is it a program bug or is it my unit only??
Pls advise
Pierre, upgrade to the new rom version 1.6 from either t-mobile or Dangaard. there should be a link in this forum. As I said this was a little bug in the previous versions.
alrite.....
i m just wondering is the new ROM version suitable for use in malaysia/singapore????
I bought a HTC HD2 in Norway. The windows app that came with the phone was in norwegian....after finding out i couldn't change the language by merely changing the settings on the phone I did some research to flash a new rom on my phone. I got HDSL2 and cracked the phone then flashed omega 26 in English on my phone. Everything seems to work but making phone calls, there is just no sound at all when I try to call someone however sms messages work just fine. Can someone please help me with this problem, its so frustraiting. I just want my phone to speak the same language I do, ENglish!
Check with your ROM radio version. If the problem is with the Radio flash, then re-flashing the radio would solve the problem since custom ROMs doesn't come with Radio. So just go the Radio ROM thread, flash the latest 2.15 and check.
Here is the link to Radio Thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=611787
Hope that solves.
thank you so much for your suggestion, that worked perfectly Now I have a perfectly good fuctioning phone in English.
Hi! I hope that there is someone here able to help me...
I`m having the following issue:
My brand new phone Nexus 4 ( unrooted ) was fine until i have decided to roll out the 4.2.2 update directly from "check for software" tab.
After this update, I`m not able to hear anyone when I`m calling someone. The connection is made and the seconds keep running...but I can`t hear the other person and the other person can`t hear me as well.
I read here that it could be a problem with radio baseband. I looked into About phone tab but the radio version is .48
In the meantime i tried to downgrade to 4.2.1 and even to 4.2 with radio .33 but in call audio is still not working
What else can I do? I`m opened to suggestions.
I flashed PacMan Rom from here which is great but the issue is still not fixed. I`m attaching a picture from my current "about phone" tab.
Any suggestions?
PS: If I dial the emergency number "112" I`m able to hear the other person and she can hear me too ... just tested. So..I don`t think that`s a hardware issue. Right ?
PS2: I`m sure that the phone speaker and microphone are fine since i`m able to do voice search, watching youtube videos, etc.
Thank you! I really hope that someone will have a clue about what`s going on with my device.
If needed I can provide any other additional information or generate a bugreport.
Thank you!

Flash back baseband .48. It worked for me. I had the same issue.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
Thanks for your reply, but already tried that with no luck
Any other suggestions?
I had the same issue, but flasing the 4.2.2 base band solved the problem.
Before that, I rolled back to 4.2.1 (stock reset), then update to 4.2.2.
Yeah...I tried this as well but still can`t hear anyone.
I tried with some old baseband as well. Nothing seems to work.
Don`t know what else should I try.
Basically I tried 4.2 with all 3 different basebands, then I tried 4.2.1 with all basebands, then I tried 4.2.2 with all basebands.
And I did the same for two other custom roms. Nothing seems to fix this issue.
But I still don`t think to be a hardware issue since I can hear the lady from 112(emergency number)
I think that it might be something related to the Radio Band Frequency or something like that.
When I`m in the "secret menu" *#*#4636#*#* most of the times, the phone is set up for "WCDMA Preferred " and I don`t know if this is OK or not.
I did try to change it to GSM only or other mods, but this didn`t fixed my issue.
Also when I try to hit the button from the lower right corner with Select Radio band, the app is crashing. See the 2 attached image of this post.
I read on this forum about this bug as well...and I even tried a custom ROM with this bug fixed. But the only option included in that ROM was "USA BAND" , and since I`m not in USA, I didn`t see the point on trying it. I didn`t want my phone to be locked on a USA BAND.
As far as I read, in the original version of 4.2.2 there should be around 6-7 different Radio Bands to choose from. But ...the original stock rom is crashing right now.
Any other points of view / solution?
Thank you!
Hi,
I had the same issue. No sound with 4.2.2, but everything fine with 4.2.1. There were also others symptoms with 4.2.2: very long boot time, and the PIN dialogbox did not show immediately after boot, but after several minutes.
I call the support and got my phone exchanged without much negociation. My first phone was a Rev_10 hardware. The new is a Rev_11, and the 4.2.2 update worked well on it.
May be a bad production batch...
Hi guys i hope you can help me with this problem, today in the mornig i made a change this phone with one friend, but in the morning the wifi work's correctly, but now when i turn on the wifi stay in "Scaning" and don't pass over there, the phone have android 2.3
Here the specification, to give a hand with this problem.
Model Number:
HTC HD2
Android version:
2.3.2
Baseband version:
15.40.50.07u_2.12.50.02_2
Build number:
GingerBread HD2 v2.1
I tried the app "Fix wifi" Doesn't work Like to i tried enter into a MAGLDR and when pres "AD recovery" Not enter and appear a error, so i make in the MAGLDR, thinking that going to fix mi problem but not, please REALLY help me I tried to flash a rom but is VERY VERY confused, please if some one can explaime very well i be very thanked
This is how to flash ROMs: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1044830
If you read it carefully, flashing shouldn't be confusing.
As to why the wifi isn't working, I have no clue. You said it worked, then stopped. For no reason? You didn't do anything? Maybe ... your router stopped working?
And Wifi Fix app is for the regional problem on ICS and Jellybean, it doesn't affect gingerbread.

This bug is known and not yet resolved. FM radio is using bluetooth module, so enabled radio is like enabled bluetooth
