Well i have bought this tablet on Aliexpress, It's the second version of DVC , with 1gb Ram and 16gb emmc memory flash. I can't install Vegacomb or ModdStock v2 so i talked with my supplier and provided me Honeycomb Install throught Nvflash. I can upload if you want the flash.cfg, It's very different from the Vegacomb or Moddestock v2.
So i wanted to ask if it's possible to install Vegacomb on my new DVC10.
Best regards and sry for my bad english.
I can upload the bootloader and system bins if you want
Well it seems that nobody can help me
upload the entire honeycomb file you were sent. id be interested in taking it apart to see how it differs from the modders roms. this build you have if its from the official supplier could well be much better than the roms modders have out at the moment when it comes to stability and reliability.
Thank you so much for your support, Now i'm uploading it, It seems made by Shuttle, But the Rom it's too beta, the camera doesn't work, the microphone neither , No Accelerated UI, lots of FC, no Market, etc. Well post the link in some minutes
There you go, Stock 3.2 very very badly http://www.megaupload.com/?d=KX3DU7FO

Can we do something about flash player on optimus one?
the only solution that I am aware is installing skyfire beta browser..
let the phone get some a bit older and the guys gonna find a solution for that i mean there is a plugin for the iphone 3g to support flash.
and the iphone 3g is much slower as the lg
but on my device also skyfire don't plays flash videos...why?
Because Lg have set not permission to use flash with this phone...

No, because the cpu of the phone does not support certain instructions required for the actual flash player.
thats not really right the cpu got enough power but adobe set it to v7 cpus only so i dosent work maybe if someone do a modification its gonna work on v6 aswell.
and like i say this phone is alot faster as the 3g iphone so probley we can get it to work.
...but skyfire don't use Flash, works well on iphone

I did not talk about the cpu power, but about instructions which do not run on the P500s cpu, but only with v7 cpus.
I just use Skyfire for flash video sites. Works great.
The Indian version of Optimus 1 P500 has the flash player installed by default!
Hi,
Searching on LG's Indian site i've found the same info.
www_lg_com/in/mobile-phones/all-phones/LG-P500.jsp
In "Features" says:
Anroid OS 2.2 (Froyo)
The new LG Optimus One comes with Android 2.2 Froyo version with advanced benefits like improved speed, USB Tethering, Android Market, installation of apps in MicroSD Card, Adobe Flash 10.1 and lots more.
I just bought this phone and, here in Brazil, it came without Flash.
*Sorry my english.

It seems that currently the only version to have the flash player is that of India. Perhaps it has a firmware update with unlocked flash player.
someone needs to track that firmware down so the devs can cook up the files.
If someone owning this indian version of the phone would install the custom recovery, make a nandroid backup and make this available this would be great.
If someone has a download link to download this version of the ROM somewhere from LG (as *.kdz) this would be even better.
I just have found this: http://www.gadgetsreview.eu/2010/10/install-flash-on-lg-optimus-one-p500.html
But it does not work on my phone. Browser just closes while loading a page (even those without flash).
Can somebody try it? (After uninstalling the browser works again without problems...)

Tested it too. Same behavior tho... Well we just need to wait some Koothrappali to bring us a nand of an indian P500 :>
member silver_ramu has an indian version.. if you see this please nand backup your rom and send it too corwin asap!!!!!!
i dont see any flash support on there site maybe they take it out ?
I am from India and have been using this cell since a week now. There is no flash support *10.1 or Lite* whatsoever. The information published on the box and website is false as I have been unable to load any flash content of any kind on any site.
Eg:- gsm arena 360 phone view, youtube desktop version, any other video sites, newsground etc.
Flash support, is dependant on the processor an LG Optimus is not compatible in the world nor in India with it. *just registered on the forum to negate this view that we are lucky 'cos we have flash 10.1 (we DONT) *
DISCLAIMER: You know the drill, I am not responsible if loading this rom makes your Tab melt, explode, disintegrate, or cause harm to anyone near it. (I am fairly certain none of that will happen though )
Change log in second post.
Welcome to The Overcome Experience - 8.9 Edition . For those of you that don’t know me, let me introduce myself. I am AlterBridge86, the creator of The Overcome Experience. I started developing a ROM on the OG Galaxy Tab (P1000) about 10 months ago and have moved on to having my own brand of ROM’s, Kernels, and Recoverys. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 (P7310) is now the third device family to get a “Overcome Series” ROM, however it will most definitely not be the last.
My mission is simple. I aim to vastly improve the stock user experience on Samsung devices. I think that Samsung makes fantastic hardware, however fails to bring the same level of software quality to their devices. This is where I step in. I take the base rom, as provided by Samsung, and perform further optimization and modification to it. My mods aim not to completely customize the user interface, but rather add some very useful key functionality while retaining the “stock android” look.
NOTE: This will NOT work on the LTE variants of the 8.9!!!

Navigate to install from zip, choose the install zip and install away! (Wiping data prior to install is recommended)
However, if you wish to attempt a non-wipe install (ONLY for users already on Overcome), follow these instructions: Prior to rebooting into recovery for install, go into Manage Apps and clear data on launcher. Immediately reboot into recovery using the power menu - DO NOT go back ot the home screen first. Install zip without data wipe. After install completes, wipe cache. Reboot.
Wiping data is highly recommended, especially if coming from a stock rom or another rom. You can do this prior to the install from the main screen of CWM recovery.

Hello All! The Overcome Experience has come to the Galaxy Tab 8.9 I am glad to be here and providing the best experience possible to all Galaxy Tab 8.9'ers out there
I have just a few points to cover in this post, and then we're off to the races. I'm sure some of you may be familiar with my works and know that I have a website, www.teamovercome.net, which houses an excellent install guide, tweaks, faqs, downloads, and more for all the devices I support. Unfortunately, we are having an issue with our host so I will not be building a website for this device until we are set up on a new hosting service. However, I did not want that alone to hold up the release of this ROM, so here we are
During the course of my development, I have made two very important discoveries. Firstly, as you most likely noticed in the first post, we are running a P7510 rom. Yes, P7510 roms are 99% compatible with the P7310 - only minor tweaking is required to make it work perfectly. For this reason, I have based this rom off of the latest rom available for the P7510 which is very smooth and performs exceptionally well.
My second discovery comes with some good and bad news. I'm sure you all have noticed that there is horrendous lag when swiping between the homescreens in landscape mode. Initially, I blamed this on the rom. I tried several different P7310 roms, including the P7510 rom which this release is based on, and while some were better than others, it continued to exhibit more lag than the P7510. Naturally, I found this extremely odd because these devices are identical with the exception of the screens. Another bit of background info before moving on in this story, Honeycomb has been plagued with an issue up until the 3.2 release which caused the device, when used in portrait mode, have very stuttery, laggy performance. The 3.2 release significantly improved that issue so much that it is nearly identical to the performance of landscape mode.
Moving on, I learned that the tab actually has a default orientation of portrait (notice that CWM is in portrait mode on the 8.9, whereas on 10.1 it is in landscape). As a result of this, there is a modifier in the build.prop that rotates the screen appropriately. However, the side effect of this, is that the performance issues seen on typical Honeycomb tablets in portrait mode now manifest in landscape mode. If you flip the tab into portrait, you will see the butter smooth performance one would expect in landscape. (I urge you to try this out once you flash the rom - it gives you a taste of what is to come in the future!) So the bad news of this is that there is really nothing I can do to fix this at this time. This rom has SIGNIFICANTLY improved landscape performance, but its still not perfect. The good news however is that once we get 3.2, and definitely ICS, we will no longer have to worry about these sorts of performance issues.
All that said, I hope you all enjoy the release and as always, the best is yet to come!
Great! Can't wait to flash!

You would lose 3G capability...I will have a P7300 rom coming in the near future...its just not ready yet
well i dont use my 3g capability , so I will download it right now but still count me for testing/using the correcto 7300 version =D, also is it necessary to wipe?
edit: recovery is good to go for the 7300?
thanks alterbridge
Wipe is a recommended idea - you can try without it and see how it goes, but if you are seeing all sorts of FC and stuff, then you should wipe.
Recovery works on both 7310/7300, if thats what you mean...
Looking forward to your P7300 ROM, any ETA date?hehe
Would like to see this work on 3g as well. But I can't stop salivating on this...
I'm strapping myself now, not to do anything with my tablet. I relied too much on 3g internet...
Much obliged alter. Putting it through the paces now, so far so good.

Hello guys just confirming it working on the 7300 no 3G data Ive never used it before so cant confirm anything,

Looking forward to the 3G version- can't have that not working so please release it soon. Pretty please
waiting ROM for support my TAB8.9 7300B
Sweet! Will flash once I get home from work tomorrow!
Hey, I just won a 8.9 and am considering this ROM due to the HW acceleration. Is it possible to revert the soft buttons to the TouchWiz versions? While I'm fine with the "Tron" look of stock Honeycomb, it doesn't match Touchwiz well.

Great! So who would u describe the performance? Compared to stock. Does the UI still lag? What are your first impressions

can this kernel be overclocked?
is there any posibilities to have a GSM voice call on this ROM in the future?
Very much looking forward to a P7300 3G build of this!
Also, +1 on the question of overclocking/undervolting; Tegra 2 is cool and all, but it's no Exynos.
My GS2 has spoiled me when it comes to performance. <_<;;
This is mainly all thanks to Boot manager pro, so please thank them all for it!!
Buy boot manager from the market

I entered my phone rom as CM-GB
http://rootzwiki.com/topic/10191-up...tery-no-charge-led-fm-radio-charge-while-off/
Then I had my first rom as MIUI on Gingerbread (in my opinion, MIUI has the best working camera)
http://rootzwiki.com/topic/19646-mi...mpass-fix-8-point-touch-smooth-scrolling-mod/
Finally, I put CM9 onto my second rom section
http://rootzwiki.com/topic/18589-cyanogenmod-9-unofficial-beta/
I was able to switch back and forth from every rom without any problems. I use CM9 as my main ROM of choice, and when I need to take a picture, I will swap onto my MIUI ROM. All it takes is a simple reboot to swap between them. This worked for me but I can't guarantee that it will work for you (I'm still shocked it works so well!! ). If this did work for you, please make sure to click the thanks button!!
13th angel's cm9 port has had mostly working camera for like a week. One of the other members has also tweaked the latest build and claims stock camera will take pics 100%. He is working on video and panorama now.

Here's the custom build if anyone wants to try it. For me camera works every time and will take pictures.
This build should also have mute in calls working. Sorry I realized that I was transferring the zip over wifi and was wondering what was taking so long.
All I did was fork the D2G framework_base and merge some overlay changes from tpruvot's base to get the camera buffer allocation working. I needed this so that I can start working on getting the panorama and camcorder working. All of my changes are at https://github.com/JB1tz
If this build fixes most of the camera issues for anyone who tries it then I can try to cleanup the patches for x13thangelx if he wants to pull.
I'm in the process of getting the camcorder and charging mode working. If i'm not too tired tonight and I have some success i'll update my server with a new build.

Recently I found this interesting Tool ... and I successfully flashed "Allminipc_ug802_RT8188_4.4_720p.img" (Kitkat version) on my MK802 III using Debian Linux 7.5!
Regards, mistersixt.
In case someone is interested: I successfully installed the rk3066 drivers for WinXP using Moborobo, rooted the device with the kingo root tool, and I was able to installed the xposed framework 2.6, too, including XPrivacy, root cloak etc.
So I have a fully 4.4.2 running MK802 III with root access and Xposed framework!

Very interesting..Any chance you could share the firmware image file and also let us know how has it been so far...is it fast enough and does the Wifi and Camera (UVC drivers compatible) work w/ this ?
Also could you confirm if this is for MK802III and not MK802IIIS...

It is the MK802III, and the stick is running fast and stable. Wifi is as bad as with 4.1 ... but I think this is a general (or hardware related) issue, I am using it with a USB to LAN adapter anyway.
Concerning the camera I have no idea.

Hi,
Thanks for your response.
I've just installed this firmware on my MK802III and it seems no audio video app is working properly. Youtube does not show any video or sound. Neither can I play youtube in the browser.
No streaming media player works either. Only the local media files are playing properly.
The playstore seems to take ages to install apps because of speed, however when I check the internet speed using speed testing app it gives a good enough speed of 7Mbps.
Also i've noticed that there the wifi network connections are getting dropped abruptly. The wifi connection itself seems to be OK but connection from apps such as Airdroid drop out and upload from my local machine via Airdroid takes ages w/ speeds in Kbps.
Can this be fixed please.
Thanks,
OP

MK802IIIs up and running
Works brilliantly on my MK802IIIs. Wifi is strong and Bluetooth works out of the box. Already rooted and CWM recovery installed. Now its time for some Xposed magic! Anyone has an idea which XBMC version will run best on this?
I'm using the ROM from this thread http://freaktab.com/forum/tv-player...73-full-1080p-modded-kit-kat-4-4-2-rk3066-rom
Super fast and stable, its like a new machine coming from the old JB ROM I had on there. I can actually use it now.
This ROM is for an Imito device but the MK802IIIS is identical hardware.
Few OC kernels in that thread to to play with.

Hi,
The rom seems nice but I just can't get it to run correctly on my MK802IIS. I just flashed the rom on this thread (V 1.1 ) without flashing a custom kernel. Just flashed the entire rom. And after the first boot, I see the apps update (the optimization screen) and then I'm stuck on the screen where there is an Android icon on the top with a blue bar underneath. This screen just keeps blinking and seems to be impossible to pass. I can access the settings, but I found impossible to activate wifi or lan.
Ozzy, you seem to have a MK802IIIS, did I miss something during the flashing? Do I need to flah a custom kernel after flashing the rom?

I just flashed the basic ROM with the unmodified kernel. I did try one of the OC kernels but it wasn't stable on my device.
The screen you mention doesn't sound familiar to me.
Did you do a full wipe?

Hi, thanks for your answer mate
Yeah I did a full wipe, that's why I don't understand what's happening to me. I see someone on the thread has the exact same problem, but doesn't precise on which device, so I preferred to ask you first, as we have the same device.
I'll just try the v.1.0, mabe that 1.1 version doesn't run on my key. Did you flash the 1.1 or the 1.0 ?

Can somebody tell me which webcam models does it support ?
I have just installed Allminipc_ug802_RT8188_4.4_720p on an MK802III. I have used it for an hour and installed all my apps etc.
Both sound and Wifi (Realtek) seems to work.
I've been using mine daily since I posted last time. It works fine except for some hick ups.
Sometimes during bootup it hangs with just 3 penguins on the screen.
And I'm running out of internal disk space all the time. I never did that on the official 4.2 even though I had many more applications installed then. Any ideas how to fix that?
Help please...

Its rooted just need to know how to UPGRADE THIS TERRIBLE DEVICE....
Since the development thread is closed by OP request( sad but true ), and personally building a "port" of the ROM, i'm glad to help everybody as i can, with this thread.
It doesn't mean to be a development thread since i only build and implement some changes, but just to share comments, issues( like xposed one ) or just ideas to people who own this device ( CN or ROW ).
As a reminder you can find my builds here: LINK or just use OTA function in ROM.
And a big thanks to @frantisheq and @Electry for the works on CM13, and for the next, CM14.

Are someone try to flash Vibe Z2 (NON PRO) with this ROM?
don't do it, you will probably brick the phone.

Uploaded new build!
Should have Dec 5 patches, have a nice day
Try to install the latest build together with xposed. There is a boot loop with CM logo...... It seems to me there was such kind of problem......
That should be fixed by cm ? . Will apply the xposed fix in next build.
Thanks to inform me about this!

Hey @malaga82
I have a strange feeling that the new ROM is worse in performance compared to the previous build. It has way more stutters and sometimes the system UI resets and changes my wallpaper to the stock one. Anyone else facing such issues?

Could you please provide more details about this behavior and I try to reproduce it? Now I have not such kind of problem. But I can say that the UI sometimes has strange behavior. For example, the horizontal size of quick settings can be more widely than the size of the screen.
maybe it's something related to CM repo's and they will fix "soon".
give some days to see if they fix anything, i'll provide a new build.
In additional to my previous report I would like to add that the latest build cannot hold loading. At the previous build from 16 Nov I can run at the same time a navigation application and a video registration application. Now I cannot do the same because the device is rebooting due to overheating. I tried to figure out what is going on and found that the high limit of CPU0 temperature is set up to 85 C (it seems to me it is low....) and I cannot change it – try several tuning tools. And it is not only one reboot – there are several reboots….. After its a Bluetooth pairing was lost….. And I can repair a normal work only wipe cache & dalvik through TWRP and pair a Bluetooth once again…..
i'd like to have more feedback if possible.
i'm thinking to try to build with the "old" kernel that have cpu voltage control and other features i included times ago.
atm we are a bit stuck with development.

Solved games issue.
Hello!
Sorry for my English, I from Russia.
On roms later CM 13 2016.03.07 in file: build.prop, increase the value: dalvik.vm.heapsize= from 512m to 768m. This led to the errors in game Real racing 3 (insufficient free memory, missing textures, game crashes). With value 512m games work fine.
If install Adreno drivers from ROM CM 13 2016.03.07, game Gear.club also work fine. The difference can be noticed immediately after starting the game.
I also sent this message to frantisheq.
Happy new year!

Additional information to the previous post.
I was looking the file: default.prop, and the parameter ( dalvik.vm.dex2oat-xmx ) is set to =512m. System parameter ( dalvik.vm.heapsize=768m) overlap kernel parameter. Possible, if rebuild kernel with the value 768m, all be fine? I don't test this.
