Anyone got any ideas for next ROM ???

I thought it would be better if I knew what ppl want
I'm out of ideas
For making a super ROM I had to have a look at all sorts of ROM s
If anybody has a idea or two just shed the light

I'd very much like to see a MIUI rom, been some time since a new one emerged on xda and none based on 2.3.3 has been made here yet.
Besides, functionality wise I think it's one of the best aftermarket firmwares too imo. Would be really nice and awesome if a miui rom was cooked on xda once more

I would love to see some of the theming abilities of MIUI (being able to change lockscreen,status bar icons, etc) in a stock-ish hybrid rom. Or some sort of built-in theming engine.

Tripmiui latest release works fine.........sense is cool but super hard to port...........but if you could do that go for it........ if you could make a 100% working aosp or cm7 that is stable and fast go for that

Tripnmiui has bugs and data issues which aren't going to be ironed out anytime soon as development has stopped or at least been put on hold. If you could make a stock fully working miui rom that would be awesome. Why not aim for higher since there's no lack of cm7, stock, se lookalike roms etc etc

MIUI for sure =] I mean look at TripNFag / TripNBalls . His got his **** named as TripNDroid engineering which is basically all copy and paste from other tweaks . It doesn't even work properly, with alot of bugs, and glitches and lags everywhere .
If you could, MIUI please.
By the way TripNFag has left the x10 development, he got a new phone, goodbye TripNBalls fanboys.

Ha 'TripNBalls' lol made my day. But on a serious note, miui is boring and I doubt that trip will leave the x10 community. Maybe attempt an actual HTC sense port

The App is nice but I like using the ICS theme for ADW Ex better. It looks nicer and it has the real icons. If only I could get a stand alone app of the menu carousel and the keyboard!

Porting a theme. Need recommendations.

So I'm about done with all of the themes I've already made. Any updates may be small things that aren't much work. I would like to start a new project and want to see what themes would you guys like me to port or what kind of color theme should I make? To make this not so hard, I'll add any theme (with its link) to the OP and have some kind of a vote to see what you guys want the most.
I'm only going to start with one theme.
I don't know how long I'll allow this voting to go on but it'll be either until I get a chance to actually work on a theme and I'll see which one is most wanted or something like the first theme to reach 10 or 15 votes?
If you want me to work on any theme please post a link to it so I can find it. And for best results a TW theme is recommended, but not the only option.

I made an update for ICS to FC09 today but im not sure if it works. If you want you can take it over. Since I dont have an epic any longer its hard to keep up with you guys.

Meh seems kind of worthless to do ICS in my opinion since the epic can run the real thing with cm9. Maybe Sense4 or TW Nature, TW4, Blur, XperiaUI, etc. If you want my advice, do something the epic doesn't already have rather than updates to existing ones or themes that look like what we can run the real thing of. Good luck.

Ligux Rom

it is not my work... i found the ligux rom a while ago when someone posted a remake of it on xda , and saw a really nice theme and a really fast system .
so here is the website. WITH the todays 4.1.2 release .

Hah... you really are waiting for the dude to test them out ))
flashed it with matrix ... and its solid. Except for the ligux weather that is only Chinese... the dialer ui is changed... the sms one too . Really enjoyable .
Ps. Oh yeah..and the apps are odexed

No option to center clock and transparent for statusbar dude?

Oh yeah and the website is in Chinese too...and Google translate is just hilarious when I tried reading it there. Especially in the forums.

So I checked myself, download that big zip to check for theme APK, and it's not in. So the apps are themed separately sadly.

Yeah...that's what i was trying to figure out ....but its still nice looking . And it has the status bar brightness slider. And its pretty smooth.

This is the theme I've been using for a while now. Its one of the best I've used on my N4 IMO. Slap on a MIUI v5 icon pack and you have a beautiful setup if you like the MIUI look
