did you flash bl 6 or 7 if 6 look for bl 6 froyo based sbf file ( it's the way to fix that) but when 7 no way to fix ... just buy another phone and read more before playing with your device...
Questions go in the Q&A section
There is no official 2.3.7, so there is a chance you haven't done anything stupid and haven't killed your downgradability. What ROM did you flash and how did you flash it?
then it should be 2.3.6. will double Check this when i'm at home. sold my own defy a few months ago and thought there where a way to get defy cam working on 2.3.x
there a whole bunch of.. 2.3.6 roms... none of them can be downgraded?
thx for moving to q&a btw

Which lens red/green and which build you flashed quarx/eppy? For green use eppy froyo builds, for red you can use defy/defy+ builds with appropriate kernels.
Did you try wiping cache of camera app?

I've read the old threads about this already, but they're old. It seems like a lot has happened with defy development. Is the defy capable of being an officially supported cm10 device?
I thought the hwa was the big thing holding the defy back, but is there must we need?
Thx

First of all, CyanogenMod 9 is not currently stable. It is in development progress for Samsung Galaxy Ace I and will be later ported for Galaxy Y when it reaches to stable version. There are already many improvements made, such as the performance, the user interface. Broadcom finally released the drivers for developing a stable Ice Cream Sandwich ROM (Android 4.0.4).
For any news about improvements made, check at bieltv.3's blogspot or galaxyyarchive.info
Developers currently working on it: bieltv.3, SpaceCaker, Lopicl.00
The ROM will be uploaded on XDA when it becomes stable.
We support the developers and we thank them for their hard work.
