Best VZN Tab 7 setup - Galaxy Tab General

So I have the SCH-I800 or verizons 7" galaxy tab. Currently I'm using galaxy cubed and golauncher. So I am looking to get the "best"setup. Currently my tab will randomly shutdown, the locker shows the keyboard if it was up before I locked it. Is there any rom better suited to tablets and not just phone roms that work with the tab? I wanted to try honeycomb or ics but I didn't find one that worked with the vzn version and had wifi and 3g working well.
So... any suggestions?

All I can provide is personal experience. There's no "best" setup since everybody's needs/preferences are different. With that said...
Cubed 3 is the best I've used. CWM, overclockable, everything works, and it's stable as hell for me. I mean perfectly stable. Perhaps you need to re-wipe and try it again?
CM7 and MIUI over on Rootzwiki are both very good options, just not my cup of tea.
As for HC, development stopped for CDMA tabs a while back and the only released versions were buggy beyond usability.
The ICS development is very promising. If momentum continues *fingers crossed*, then we'll have an excellent tablet setup with that. Currently unusable as a daily driver, though.
That's my 2 cents.

Cyanogenmod is soo great, but p1010 tab don't have. And its coming CM9...

I am also running the galaxy cubed. I get a lot of force closes on apps. and not all the time. Like for a while my email app wouldn't open and just force close. then all of the sudden later that day it started working. then my file locker stoped working and wouldn't open and just forced closed. It's really weird and sporatic and really annoying. and does random reboots. then bootloops and i Have to hold power and up to get into recovery and then reboot from there. Any suggestions?

I am running Galaxy Cubed, had a lot of force closes as well. For whatever reason (not an android guru), the recovery mode "factory reset / wipe" was not deleting things.
I let it boot, did the factory wipe from the settings menu, it actually wiped.
I then reflashed it. Seemed MUCH better. However, when trying to add a widget to the launcher, it would reboot. I replaced the launcher with ADW and the tablet runs perfect.
Well, GPS is kinda slow!

[Q] long time watcher and rom user. first time poster.

Hello my name is Xan Steel. I've been trying out roms on this forum for my Epic 4G. However I've run across a lot of bugs in this rom "ACS ICS V6". I would love to be able to post them in the development thread pertaining to the rom, but since I'm under the 10 post limit to post in a dev thread. I would like to ask how I go about doing this the correct way without breaking forum rules.
Thanks in advanced
Xan Steel
Tell us what your problems are here.
1st you have to have 10 post. Go to other threads and comment on stuff like the off topic forum. Then you should be able to post on dev threads. Or you can pm them and let them know.

Well as Neckberg has said to post my issues here (Thanks) I shall.
[ROM] ACS ICS V6.
Where to began.
I came from ACS SyndicateFrozen 1.1.1 I could never get 1.2 to run. And this ROM was based on GB. Really wanted to see what GB was like. SO after installing the ROM. Everything started out normal (no issues at that point). It was sluggish which made me wonder if Carrier I.Q. was still in the ROM. It wasn't listed that it was removed.
SO I started trying things out. Everything was going good until I turned on the Wireless WiFi Tether. It crashed outright. Tried again, and crashed. It would open to a black screen and then crash. So I did some digging, and apparently this is a known issue. So I got a different one from the market that worked (Open Garden WiFi Tether).
I installed Opera. I like Opera for it's desktop mode that actually works over Dolphins. I would type in a address, and hit go, and it would act like its going, and then stop and remove what I had typed. Tried again, and it would load a blank page. Tried a third time, and got the HTML header to load the page in a text format. Uninstalled and reinstalled same thing happen. So I left it alone, and about 3 hours later it had uninstalled itself/completely missing on the phone and market stated it wasn't installed. Rebooted phone, still gone. Not idea where it went. After reinstalling it again. it would do the same thing.
So I flashed and wiped X3. And reloaded the ROM. Thinking I have a bad load.
reinstalled all my apps and even though Opera is still doing it's thing I mentioned earlier, it hasn't uninstalled itself... yet.
Now after the reload of the ROM. Last night I lost cell service (couldn't make calls) but I had data. Which was odd to me. Rebooted the phone, and same thing. Had data but not cell service. After about and hour or so, I have cell and data back together. Maybe it was someone working on the tower in the area at 11pm, or maybe the ROM decided it would be funny.
Another thing I noticed. If you hit the menu button to pull menus in apps and on the home screens. They are white on black. White text and image, on a black background. Now if you go into any sub-menu from the main menu, its black on black. You can't read anything unless your lucky to have a bright white page behind it, so that it can try to bleed through some of the transparency.
The battery icon when charging in portrait goes from normal to skinny (blinking), while in landscape mode it goes from normal to fat (blinking).
Also two music apps is not really needed. One is fine. Trimming down on unneeded apps would help save on space. Also remove Carrier I.Q. if it hasn't been yet.
Adding that super brightness, is actually bad. Not thinking about it, it's actually crashed the video HW of the phone. On a plain white screen at max brightness, it starts to artifact, and if what ever your trying to do doesn't complete. The video HW crashes, and you get a pretty rainbow on the screen until you pull the battery. Basically acts like a dying or dead video card in a PC. Also it can (and has happened to me) cause screen burn in. If you want a image of it let me know and I'll post one.
Also Rom Manager does not recognize any ClockWorkMod Recovery, if you manually install the recovery yourself.
If I find anything else buggy I'll post and update here.
Thanks
Xan Steel

Note, I haven't tried this rom myself.
No, carrierIQ is not removed on this rom, nor has it been removed on any GB rom that I know of. Still, removed or not, it won't make any difference in the performance of the device.
Any apps that you fine are useless can easily be uninstalled, even if they are installed system/app folder. Rom chefs correct attitude about roms is that they build for themselves first. I personally have 3 music players installed.
We don't have official Rom Manager support so that will be an issue on pretty much all non AOSP roms for the epic.
Your lack of service issue it probably a carrier issue and not a rom issue.

It's a good possibility since it only happened the one time, but since it is a beta, and I'm using it for the first time. I felt it needed to be brought up just in case it wasn't. Heh beta tested a lot of new software, and got into the habit of reporting everything, even if it looks like something else is the issue and not the software.
Many Thanks

Original VZW Galaxy Tab 7", force closes.

Our G tab has been with us for about 6 months and was great. It was all stock, not rooted, and worked fine.
Suddenly, after doing the 2.3 OTA it started to force close any and everything and very often. I did a hard reset, thinking there was a corruption and maybe that would help. Reloaded some of the applications and then it started to force close again.
So, i thought I could root it and install the Galaxy Cubed 3 Rom, and i did.
I'm back at the same problem, force closes constantly on many apps, often apps that your not actively using. Facebook is un useable, Google maps that is never really used keeps coming up as force close, and just all sorts of random programs keep popping up as force close.
Can this be a hardware related issue? I'm not sure what to try from this point.
Help!
Sent from my HTC Thunderbolt 4G using Tapatalk.
If you are having the same issue across multiple ROMs, it's probably hardware.
It's still in warranty, put the stock ROM on it and have it exchanged.
When you call for support, just yes them and pretend to do what they say.
D
I reloaded the cubed Rom last night and it than great for the hour or so while setting it up. Played on FB for a bit. Today it was with my wife and she was excited that it was doing good, but in the last 5 minutes it force closed on one thing 3 times:
Android.process.acore
So, for now it is not closing all kinds of random items, just android. Can you think of why this would be force closing?
Sent from my HTC Thunderbolt 4G using Tapatalk.
I would still suggest getting it repaired/replaced on warranty. Acore is a very important part of Android and shouldnt be getting force closes let alone regular ones.
Yes, last night while I was using it, acore would FC market back to back, as in about 5 seconds between. I would power off, restart, and in 10 minutes it would come back.

Glad there is here!
I am in the same boat with both my wife's 7" VZW tab and my own. We both took the OTA 2.3.5 update and within hours started to experience FC errors. My wife's tab is stock (she has never let me mess with it ) Mine was rooted but otherwise stock at the time of the OTA. Her's has continued to have random FC. I have flashed back to stock 2.2 with ODIN and re-taken the OTA 2.3.5 only to have the same FC start up again after a few hours. I have also tried just about every other ROM on this board trying to come up with something that would work with no luck. I am beginning to think that contacting Samsung for both of our tabs is a good idea. Anyone else find anything that works?
I just posted (on xda) the many fixes for this issue that i found online. I have the Sprint Samsung Tab, just started on its own. The most popular answer that i found, but didnt work for me, is clearing your contacts cache. Many members from various forums suspect it has something to do with contacts, sync and facebook. So clear your cache.

Just to update on my tablet... I got a warranty reticent replacement from VZW and it immediately vegan to also FC on us. I called vzw and the level 2 tech asked me to remove the memory card and do a complete wipe. he said that there is no way that 2 tablets are doing the same thing with the force closes, and he thinks that I carried some corruption over from within the SD card.
I removed the card, went to recovery and wiped, rebooted and have been running it with no memory card for 3 days. I'm still force closing, but not nearly as much.
Facebook is currently the midst constant of the force closes. Often, she goes to open FB and it never actually opens, it starts to open and then force closes.
Android Acorn is not coming up as a force close since this non SD card wipe.
Gmail is still force closing often, but not near as often as FB.
She will be playing her word games and it still well pop up the various force close errors on gmail and FB repeatedly even though she is not actively in those programs.
My wife wants to beat me about the neck and face area with her tablet at this point. She wants to give up on it and go get a nexus, but we can't sale a Galaxy Tab that is acting like this. Im considering buying out her $230 ETF and closing that line, then reopen it to get her the nexus. What is a husband to do?

ICS Passion v10

Awesome ROM! I don't have enough posts yet (long time reader, I hardly ever post...) to post in the official thread....so I thought I'd post one here.
Passion v10 (BETA) has been one of the best custom ROMS i've flashed. This only comes (a very very close second) to Simply Honey. I'm sure v11 will surpass it though.
Yeah! ICS on my Vibrant....lovely!
Camera - works whith lag
Bear with balalaika From Russia
I tried v9.2, and it had some definite issues. I went back to Bionix. Then I flashed ICS Passion v10, and it's great for a lot of functions, but it rebooted twice when I received a phone call and tried to call...this is while I was travelling, so I wasn't too happy.
Hopefully all the bugs will iron out soon. I do like ICS.
GPS Lock issue
I just upgraded my t-mobile vibrant to Passion 10.6 and the GPS works but sometimes it doesn't. I'm experimenting with it to figure out the problem.
I found at least one case that if the GPS doesn't work enabling/disabling the GPS didnt see to fix the problem. I rebooted the phone with GPS enabled and then it locked immediately when the phone booted up.

Don't know if you're using GPS Test or NBAngryGPS to test but for hahas I just used GPS without running/fiddling with those two apps and only using the Maps app and GPS works anytime.
Just my observation.

I'm also in the same boat I am always reading and never posting. Well I need to be able to post now. I'm running 10.6 and all is well I get GPS as good or better then I ever did and my phone is so much faster.

I'm running 10.5 and it works great. I don't use GPS so I don't know if it works well. But I bought a bigger battery just so I could enjoy it for the whole day without any battery drain. Can't wait for v11.
ics passion v10.5
18000mah battery
My previous rom was froyo and it didnt lock as quickly at ICS Passion 10.6. I was quite impressed actually at how quickly it found 11 satellites and locked on to 8-10 of the in use. In a matter of seconds ICS Passion locked on via a fresh boot of the phone.
I always used GPS test on froyo and ICS Passion 10.6 and it worked fine. I even use google maps and it works too. On boot up of the phone ICS Passion 10.6 works worked beautifully.
If the phone sits idle for a while maybe 30 minutes or so and you try gpstest or google maps it never finds a single satellite. I have to reboot the phone in order to get it to find and lock on.
I don't know if any of you have tried that case but that is definitely what is happening on my vibrant. Again with froyo I never had this issue. I could disable the gps and then later enable it and it would lock on after 1-2 minutes with no problem.
I will try a few more things to see if I can isolate it more but its pretty clear at least on my end that it doesn't acquire a lock after being idle for some time.
---------- Post added at 07:53 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:47 PM ----------
I just confirm this. If the vibrant goes into power saving mode where the screen black out after its idle, I can not get a lock on the gps without rebooting the phone.
Both gpstest/google maps and angrygps cant get a single sat
Awesome
ICS Passion v10 is awesome. It's, by far, the best ROM I've ever used... coming from Stock to CM7 to ICS Passion (after a long drought). NeoBuddy89 has resurrected my PASSION for my phone again! Haha... simply awesome.
I'm running v10.6 , no extra mods, running Eugene's v10.6_update kernal and it is so smooth and fast, I don't care about the vibrant GPS, but all else is great, best combo I've found with passion. 2099 score on quadrant with 200-1300mhz and smartassv2.
Yeah running 10.6 Eugene's ed
My only long standing issue with this from as a whole is the low storage message and when I reboot it gets stuck on boot splash finally fixed it with a combination of restore app only in TB with killing fb auto sync and Gmail sync but besides that completely amazing

Sweet!
This ROM is amazing! My only issue is the screen seems to not be as responsive to touch so I have to press a little harder to get things to work. I installed Touch Screen Booster from the market and it seems to be better, still trying different configs. GPS is flawless! Locks in 15 seconds INSIDE my house. I never had that happen on any FROYO ROM.
PASSION for the FTW! This ROM has restored my interest and my faith in my Vibrant, and saved me some $ too. I almost picked up a GS2 last week but held off. I am amazed at how smooth and fluid this ROM is and that my Vibrant is running an OS that is not even available on the GS2 !
Passion 10.6 = Very happy Vibrant owner!
Was using stock 2.2 and it worked fine but I guess that I try out ICS since Samsung won't do ICS for this phone. First I had to flash back to Stock Froyo because Heimdall suite won't work. Rooted the phone, but won't go to clockwork mod. Have to install the rom manager manually then was able to install clockwork mod. After I was able to get into clockwork mod, try to install cm 7.1, but it reboot looping, so I had to pull out the battery and try again and was successful. Then I try to install this ICS, and again, loop reboots and had to re-install again. I guess it is just bad luck of me to try to install ICS.
I try to play some divx movies that worked fine in stock 2.2 but couldn't play the same files in ICS. Anybody know how to fix this? Thanks.

Thanks. BTW, I can't see the contents of the sd card from the phone. It thinks the internal memory is my sd card. Second, how do I configure a lockscreen? Third, how do I configure wifi access after I enable it? And finally, how do you configure and resize a widget?

Which ICS are you using?
1. Let the moboplayer scan the folder "emmc". It's in the very root of your phone
2. Not all roms have a built in option for this, again, which ICS rom are you using? So if the rom you're using doesn't have it the only way is to use a 3rd party app(not sure if we have this kind of app in the market.)
3. Settings / Wireless & network / wifi settings
4. hold the widget for a few seconds while it's still on the homescreen, there you can resize your widgets.

Thanks. I am using this ICS Passion rom 10.6. Downloaded moboplayer and it seems to work. I am trying to find the lockscreen using the 9 dot swiping unlock screen, but I don't know where to download it. I managed to figure the wifi settings.
The main question about the widgets is that I am trying to add another custom widget where I can add and remove whatever button (cm7 like) but I can't do it. Thanks.

[Q] Investigating really slow Nexus 7 2012

Hi,
My Nexus 7 2012 (very first batch) is quite often behaving really slowly. It is common for the settings screen to take 15-20 seconds to open. From the homescreen. With no running app.
Here is a video after I've reset everything to factory defaults, let it run and index things on its own for an hour and then manually upgrade a small app:
At other times, the speed is pretty decent for such a tablet. I just can't figure out why this difference. I've tried to check for wakelocks, tried a logcat and many other things. I can't make any sense from it.
Rebooting the tablet seems to have 50% chance of fixing the problem. So it's probably not a memory leak.
The tablet is rooted, on the latest build and I noticed that App Ops X survived the reset but no funky software is installed and the behaviour predates the installation of App Ops X. The network is not a problem here. The 2013 Nexus 7 of my wife works just fine and so does the Nexus 5 taking the above video.
How can I investigate this ? Is there an app that can run various reliable diagnostics to find out what kind of activity is causing trouble ? I tried to use logcat but the result is quite verbose and nothing rings a bell. I would really like to understand rather than just return it and wait or, worse, buy a new device.
Thanks.
Let me know if you find a solution my Nexus 7 has been really slow, Im rooted with CM11 M6 & KK GAPPS, TWRP 2.7.0.0 I dont know what happened to this tablet.

Mine too. Nexus 7 2012 16GB running PA 3.99 (JB4.3). PA Kernel and GAPPS, PA launcher or whatever one came with stock PA.
It takes upwards of 10 seconds to unlock frequently, even from a fresh boot, and without any security just a simple swipe unlock.
App drawer can take 10-15 seconds to open.
If I touch too much during these lag times I will often get a launcher not responding error.
I've about given up myself and am looking at other ROMs. Before I reflash though I may try a different kernel.
I'm downloading a few right now and I'll hopefully remember to report back my results.
Mine is suddenly unbearably slow too. It's a 2012 edition and I'm not rooted, running the stock software. I've tried clearing caches (app and system), doing a factory reset, flashing the factory image, but it just runs like a dog. When I switch it on it takes a few minutes to become responsive, and apps regularly say they will take upwards of 20 minutes to download updates - small apps too, about 3MB. The download issues are nothing to do with my wifi as the tablet is slow wherever I use it, and my Nexus 5 downloads the same things in a matter of seconds. Would love to know what I could do to fix my N7. I don't want to root it or flash a custom ROM - don't want to go down that route - I just want the great performance that I had from it before.
I was having the same issues described here as well after owning the tablet for awhile, and tried every custom ROM, kernel, and android version I could find for our device along the way, in the hopes of finding a solution.
The one thing that finally helped for me, was formatting the device to use F2FS file system format on all partitions. The initial setup is a bit tedious, as you will lose ALL data on the device, so first must back up everything, then restore it all once the device has been reformatted. But the payoff has been huge for both me and my wife.
Making this switch has made both of our tablets usable again, even enjoyable! It's well worth the effort put in to make the switch.
See this thread here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2678140, which has the modified recovery, files, and instructions needed to convert. It also helps to first make sure you can successfully use fastboot/ADB commands from your PC to the device, in case you get into any trouble along the way.
There's also an app now available for converting any rom to all-f2fs (prior to flashing), it's cheap and well worth the cost (about the price of a cup of coffee) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.runnerway.converttof2fs&hl=en.

[Q] Any way to get the N7 to a state where I don't want to throw it against the wall?

OK, I know this is a pretty old tablet but I'd at least like to be able to get a smooth browsing, email, and streaming experience out of it; I'm not looking to be able to play games or multitask on it.
I'm running the latest version of lollipop and the N7 is rooted. Experiencing frequent serious intermittent lags/crashes, I mean like 60+ seconds can pass before the screen responds, apps hang, and the device occasionally will reboot itself. Other times, the tablet runs smoothly. Was hoping that update to lollipop would resolve some of this but, if anything, it's gotten worse. I've tried the usual "fixes" of clearing the cache, forcing TRIM, closing apps manually, and even did a factory reset + cleared all caches and still the problem persists. The problem seems to occur more frequently when I run apps like the Chrome browser, which I now avoid using. Not really sure if there is a decent process documented on how to troubleshoot these types of issues to find the root cause but the tablet is presently very annoying to use at best.
What I'd like is either: a) getting some help in determining what the root cause of the issue is, or b) switching to a ROM that doesn't have these problems.
Any thoughts, suggestions, or pointers to an in-depth troubleshooting article/thread?
If you find a solution, let me know.. I've tried combos of lollipop and kernels, kit Kat and kernels.. f2fs etc.. I keep mine as a docked alarm clock and ereader for bed.. but even that takes forever.

It's the flash memory in them. It's just degraded over time. I went back to 4.4.4 and it was excellent for about a week. Then it turned useless again.
That guide posted above seems to be a placebo other than the animation's being turned off. The n7 is absolutely fine after a fresh wipe, or a factory reset. For a week... I went through the guide and the only things it had that would make a real difference was animation speeds. I'll see how it does in a week.

hi! I was having the same problem, my n7 was super laggy and sometimes rebooted itself. that was just after uprading to lollipop 5.0.2. it kinda solved after rooting, doing a factory reset and installing lollipop 5.1. I hope it helps!
4.4.4 stock with all-f2fs rom. M-kernel r69. Both can be found here on xda.
This is how I got mine running smoothly again, even after trying several lollipop roms including 5.1.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using XDA Free mobile app
CM12 is not doing any better, I hope 5.1 could make a difference.
Stock 5.1 + Franco kernel with /data and /cache formatted to f2fs works beautifully for me. No problems at all.
I had all the same problems (and more) you and other spoke about when (a structure that holds back water and sounds like Ham) Google hounded and hounded me to install LolliCrap 5.02 (I ignored 5.0, which somehow disappeared). I HATED my #1 Nexus 7 16GB v2012. I also have a #2 Nexus 7 32GB v2012 (running HAPPILY 4.4.4) which I am still ignoring for "ham" good reason to install 5.02, an I never will install it or the latest 5.1!!
I have been exploring reinstalling the stock 4.4.4, but first I want know how to turn OFF future Google OEM Android updates and stop the "ham" badgering that there is a "new update available. But in the mean time, want to make #1 N7 useful again, I bite the bullet, backed up everything and did a factory reset and reinstalled everything. Even though I still HATE LolliCrap, my #1 N7 16GB is running pretty snappy again though some apps absolutely DON'T LIKE LolliCrap OS and are hanging and hanging and slow and crash (lazy Devs that aren't fixing whatever is causing that with 5.x). Apps I've noticed that are horribly slow with 5.x are Outlook, Skype, Yahoo Mail, Weather Underground, Drop Box, others
So, do a full reset and reinstall after backing up your data. You're gonna lose everything anyway when you Root and Boot Unlock to install an older version of Android or a custom ROM.
Hope this helps.
Glad to see another post here on the very topic I'm looking for. I'm currently running stock 5.1, completely stock, and it's just as bad as 5.0 was. I've read up enough to realize the issue is a flaw with the device, but am going to try and devote an evening or 3 to making this thing work before I completely give up on it. My goal is a minimal, feature poor but reasonably fast device for browsing, email, and some specific apps (a game or 2 and the Harmony Remote app)
Below are the areas I'm looking at, if anyone has advice or tips on any of these I'd really appreciate it:
Custom Kernel- Franco or MKernel r69? Need to investigate
F2FS - This is probably the best shot
Custom ROM - May stay stock, but if anyone knows of a lean, limited feature bloat ROM let me know!
Lightweight Browser - Can we get the original "Browser" App to install? Other options?
Basic EMail Client - not sure about this one..
The moment I saw the thread title, I knew I was not alone on this.
I remember the behavior first started with 4.4.4 actually, refusing to turn the screen on sometimes etc. I tried CM12+f2fs+mkernel 69 and it went well for a few days, then stuff broke again. I first suspected it's a RAM issue because I have two users running, but it constantly has about 150-200MB free (counting the cached apps, 400+ otherwise).
I guess I'll try slimkat 4.4.4 + f2fs modification, hope it can get the tablet running again.

1. For some reason Franco never boot my tablet for me...I've been using mkernel r69 and that's working really well.
2. Yep, a must.
3. Tried several custom roms and came back to stock.
4. Opera
5. Stock email, the one can be downloaded via playstore?
Rastapop with Franco kernel runs great to me. Keeping this thing alive.

To remove the update questions you got to root the device and disable the SystemUpdateService service of Google Service Framework and Google Play Services applications (don't know, maybe only Play Service one is really required, but better block both of them).
To do that use this application http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cn.wq.disableservice

In my experience best custom ROM is Resurrection Remix.. I tried all tilapia Lolllipop ones except AICP, which now I'm very curious to try.. but I flashed Paranoid Android 4.6 BETA 6 yesterday and I will not change it until Google releases 5.1 firmware for tilapia too and people say this build is finally smooth and nice (well, too much hope, I know.. Lollipop will never be smooth on Nexus 7 2012, I fear )
Sofar I'm about 24 hours in using SlimKat with F2F2 (followed this post here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2678142) using "Browser" that it comes with, and so far just GMail. Initial findings are very positive, it's quite fast, but I'm sure that could change.
Next steps (thanks for the ideas all!):
Install Opera
There's actually an update to SlimKat, but i'm waiting to see how the tablet performs as is without touching anything
Install and configure EMail client from Play store
Kernel - looks like this version of SK already uses the M Kernel so should be good there
There is an updated, F2FS modified version of Slimkat in that thread around page 90 or something.
I'm using that at the moment and it's been fine I guess.
Word of warning: recents menu is bugged to secondary user acounts. Only shows apps if they have been also installed for the primary user.
Yeah, I'm going to give myself a week or so on this older build and make sure it's stable before doing that. Definitely some stuff I miss from Lollipop in this, but if this is enough to breath new life into the tablet.. I'm willing to accept that loss :good:
