Well, time has come to move on to something else to "play" with. I've hacked the crap outta this phone and have grown tired. So, before I put it on eBay where most phone buyers wouldn't appreciate what they're getting, I'd post it here for a week first.
What's included:
* 8525 in awesome shape! I treated it like a baby lol.
* Leather case
* 2G mini sD card
* GPS reciever
* universal car mount
* home charger and car charger
* USB cable
- It's unlocked, and is running WM6 Black Majik with the added ButtonFlo cooked in, but not activated. Since flashing to this ROM I have not SR unless I wanted to on my own. None of that sleep of death crap.
- I'm leaving all apps installed, including a few like Agile Messenger and TeleNAV. You can use my subscription to Agile for all your Instant Message needs until my subscription runs out in about 8 months. The phones GPS ready so as long as you have TeleNAV on your plan you're all set. It also has Threaded SMS so your text messages will come in like iChat. Also included is a black version of the finger scrolling Contacts app. Too many ringtones I made and wallpapers to even begin a list. This is a sweet deal for the price I'm asking.
***I'm selling this as a PACKAGE DEAL, nothing seperate, so don't ask me how much for just this or that. It all goes to one buyer. $300 to start, and sold to the highest bidder over that starting price. Just found the box and realized there's an extra stylus, and all the software and paperwork that came with it! The box looks like I just got it. I'm pretty anal about keeping things and never toss stuff like this out.
Ok, only thing NOT pictured is the universal car mount cause I haven't yanked it off my windshield. lol Also, the 2G card comes with an adapter. [pictured].

I have 2 offers so far. One was $200 like I offerd, the second $201. I'm ending this sale on Friday, Sept. 21st at 8pm EST. If you're serious, offer $202. Got the black scroll app from the Hacking Developing forum here. It's still installed and makes the Black Theme even better. Also, I have the Threaded SMS installed too, so when you text someone it keeps track of the convo like an AIM session. Kinda like iChat.

I tried that. I set a price of $300 and no one bid. lol Anyone bids $300 and I'll ship it tomorrow! It's an awful lot to part with. The universal car mount works with my iPhone so I'll have to order a new one and I think it cost me about $20-$25?
Now I'm hopin that whatever is over $200 will go to shipping since I'm covering shipping, but if it's outside the US then the consignee will have to atleast pay half.

Well, I know there are a ton of threads announcing availability, but I just wanted to mention that Newegg has had stock of the 16 TFs and 32GB TFs for quite some time now. Since about 4:00PM today and seems like there's still more available.
Asus has been staying true to its claim of increased availability indeed.

saw this at 4 and snatched up the 32gb version right away. supposed to ship by the 23rd

I got an order in just now for the 32gb from Newegg but now I noticed when you search "tf101" it comes up as out of stock but then when you click on the actual product page it says in stock limited quantities.... I hope I dont get the sorry email too

just ordered a 16gb from Best Buy two or three hours ago. praying i don't get any "sorry" emails too.

Put in an order for a 16 from BB Friday. Got a tracking number yesterday.

I just checked bestbuy.com and looks like they still have 16 GB in stock. Which model did you purchase? I can't believe they are still selling this tablet on their website and not shipping your order? That is ridiculous!!!

I'd be careful with buying this from Newegg, as much as I love them you cannot return this, only exchange for the same if defective so make sure you want one!!!!

Not really. If you read there FAQ (or whatever they call it), you can still get your money back. You must request an RMA and if they don't have any of the product in stock, then they should ask you if you want to wait or get a refund. People have done this, check the huge sticky page.

i ordered the 16 GB model. i ordered it saturday around 2pm. when i type in the Best Buy order in the order status screen, it says my order is backordered.

By the time it ships it will be <$400.

Plus delivery times after that, I've had weird shipping time total from deal places like that and 1sale ect, almost a month after purchased.

Never ordered from them but I read up on these places and it's known they take 2 weeks plus to ship anything or never ship or **** defective things...

I believe he means for US buyers, you can't ship it to be fixed from a US address

The Gnex has dropped a lot in the past month. I was thinking of getting one in February and the cheapest was around $600. I know the quad phones coming up are tempting, but the Nexus S i9023 is still around $350 new.

AFAIK, best buy will not get them on the 3rd, it can take 3-5 days for them to receive their drop shipment from the supply warehouse. This was my experience when I was looking into getting the tab s on the day they were supposed to be released. It may not be the case with every item at best buy though.

Sellers remorse?

Need opinions here. Picked up a white Essential phone/360 camera bundle last week on Amazon for $399. I ended up listing the NIB sealed bundle on Swappa and it sold for $509 (profit after Swappa fee). Haven't sent the buyer the phone yet, and kinda having sellers remorse. Should I hold onto the phone and use it or accept the sale and eventually hope the $399 bundle comes up again on Amazon in the near future? Using a Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra right now that replaced my dead Nexus 6 and although not the fastest phone, it has a great screen and solid build quality.
In the end I like the Essential phone and want it, but making $109 profit is also a good thing.
The color I really want for the Essential is the yet-to-be-released "Ocean Depths" color model

This phone is easily worth & 509...and a steal for $399 on Amazon with the 360 camera. No way I would give this up. They have kept their word on updates and improvements have been amazingly fast.
Only issue is Andy Rubin going on leave because he couldn't keep his dong in his pants at Google ?

What happens if I sell a listing I can't fulfill?
Did you sell your listing on another site (e.g., eBay or Craigslist) and forget to pull it before it was bought on Swappa? Unfortunately, this does happen from time-to-time, and it's important that these situations are handled properly!
Here are the proper steps on how to proceed in this kind of situation:
Refund the buyer via PayPal immediately
Leave a comment on your listing's sale page explaining the situation to the buyer
Flag Swappa staff to inform us to refund the*buyer's sale fee

That's definitely the high road here, especially since the intended buyer may have passed over other offers to accept this one or missed out on other offers while waiting for you to confirm the sale. Put yourself in his shoes. How do you feel when you click "Buy now" on some site and then later get a message saying, "Sorry, that item is no longer available." Whatever you decide, do it quickly or the fallout could be worse.

You are only thinking of yourself. You agreed to sell it, so pack it up and send it to the dude.

I agree that you should send the phone since you sold it.

Anyway, you said you'd really rather have the ocean depths PH-1. You're already making $109 on the agreed-upon sale. Take the money from your profitable sale and put it aside for when the ocean depths phone is released.
