New wireless carrier in the US?

While watching the FSU/Oklahoma game, a teaser came on for a new wireless carrier launching on September 26th.
Does anyone know anything about this? Here is a picture of the end of it I found on Twitter.

You really can't buy spectrum and build towers all over the country without a huge fcc paper trail. If its a "new" carrier, then its certainly a MVNO who is reselling access to one of the existing wireless networks.

Even that has a paper trail and I can't find anything about it. Just really curious as to who it is.

The logo looks like a "C"....
It might be a Clearwire launch of some sorts.... I wonder why more tech blogs/sites haven't mentioned it...

small world... I've been looking at different logos and cox uses blue... comcast has a deal with sprint and clearwire already so that could be another possibility... but whatever it is, it's being kept under wraps pretty good...

Maybe Cellular South? I hear they've changed their logo to match that "C".
We dont have the stores here in Houston (But I almost switched to them back when i was in Memphis, TN).
They're probably lining up to be the new T-Mobile...

They are top notch down here... best coverage hands down. Data isn't as fast as some of the other guys, but you have coverage damn near everywhere in MS with them.

I'm guessing he is talking about the s-pen test that is one of many options when that digit string is entered in the dialer. Zig zag attached.

If I'm thinking right, you're referencing to how our note's seem to have an issue with super fast swipes on the screen? I've noticed this issue when playing Fruit Ninja, especially with the final fruit in arcade mode which you can repeatedly slash to boost your score. On my Galaxy Nexus I can swipe back and forth all day really really fast with no issues. It seems to not fully detect on the Note and you'll get broken trails. When I used imilka's CM9 this problem seemed to be resolved or at least the touch response seemed much better over stock. Also when I used the CM9 build it seemed as if banding and the video pixelation/distortion issues where a lot less. The new official CM9 builds may be even better since they have their own kernel built for them

there ... no problem... and i also have no fruit ninja problem.... seems you may have a defective unit... i would have it checked out...

Marshmallow Flappy Android Game (? Record Score)

Hi Guys.. I just wanted to share something...
As all know, there is hidden Flappy Android game after the Marshmallow Easter Egg, and i was never a big fan of that. I used to play it now and then but never for more than a few minutes as i used to fail, to cross the very first obstacle and even if i did i never managed to get through the second one. Eventually i used to get sick of that and closed it.
But last night was different:angel:
As any other day i started playing the game. At first, as usual i struggled at the very first step,then slowly i managed to get past 2nd, 3rd n 4th reaching 5th.

This made me to play the game further more.. And the results:victory:
After reaching the 14th level i was desperate to get through the mark of 15... And at last, after about 40mins of play, i finally grabbed it:highfive::victory:
Man, this game is really addicting (of course only if you taste the victory of crossing initial levels)
Do share your scores here.. Am curious if anybody reached some unattainable scores.

how to tell if a htc m9+ is genuine

as always, my story starts with a chinese ebay item purchase;
it has the looks of a HTC item; The sense came preinstalled, and it even has other HTC features, like HTC help, HTC backup,... etc.
hower, the fastboot menu is not what I've got accustomed with HTC.
instead of familiar gray background with HBOOT info, CID etc...

the bootloader is completely chinese such as this: http://i.imgur.com/njieNU3.jpg
IMEI/SN track claims its a genuine HTC product.
but the biggest red flag so far is that completely clean its "Storage" option says its "System" takes 10.50 GB, and "Apps" 1.85 GB, which is ludicrous.
anyways, can someone suggest a foolproof method as how to recognize if its genuine

Install CPU Z it will show CPU speed. Ram and other details now shown in system -about system. There you can compare if it's original

UThanks for the reply.I tried few system diagnostics, and parts correspond to those advertised. Antutu benchmark gives it a 59700 score. But I don't know how it compare to other m9+ . Some other benchmarks I tried put it behind m9 by 10%.
IR blaster doesn't work(only at 1 inch range)
Noise cancelling fails, causing echo
Storage thing is the biggest question mark. 10GB just for system doesn't make sense(pun intended)
The main camera shows slight lag in relatime preview.
Also, IMEI is not printed on the sim drawer. Only on the sticker on the back. I'm not sure if I should exchange it for a new m9+ or get a refund and try with a different seller since my confidence is swayed.

You tried CPU Z? To compare to website specs. Otherwise change it. 10gb is not normal
