[REQ] Rom 2.2 Froyo Android Google stocked

sorry no rom lol, but its a good request i think, i dont have a fascinate but a friend just got one and this is what sort of base i'd like, change all the bing to google remove the vzw crap and replace with better

@OP, development is not the correct place to post such a question, and posting it to appear as a ROM is misleading to say the least, bordering on trolling.
Please ask questions in the Q&A or general forum after using the search feature to ensure it has not already been asked previously.

It would be good to have this thread deleted, as is it is FALSE and the OP just played a mean joke. I don't believe it is fair to everyone to calm down flaming, yet leave the thread open.

Have cleaned this thread and moved it to General. Also changed the title to make it less misleading.

Samsung & carrier fees reason for Froyo delays?

I do not know how accurate, truthful or factual this person is, but their post explains why we don't have Froyo yet - basically US carriers have to pay more for feature updates rather than maintenance updates, and Samsung insists Froyo is a feature update but carriers insist is a maintenance update being that Google did the majority of the work:

These posts keep getting taken down by the mods. Cut the guy some slack! He didn't know. My post on this had over 1,000 views and over 30 comments and still got taken down. I mean, we're all clamoring for ANY news on Froyo. I mean, what else do we have to talk about here? Rooting or installing the Froyo hack?
Honestly, OP, I like and can't get enough of the "Where's Froyo?" posts either. Why? Any news at all is worth a read for me. I want my Froyo!

This was more humorous than the OP, maybe photoshop Samsung into the box...

Come on the op went for humor not straight complaining. Laugh don't laugh but it's actually the people who hate threads like this that fill them up. Is it so hard just to go on to the next thread. A person sees so many replies and they think it is of value. The flamers give these threads life. There should only be 1 post if this thread is pointless, 2 if the original post was confusing.

Do we have any indication that Samsung and/or SamsungJohn are hearing us???

I didn't want to pollute the issues thread (and I commend the ones that started it). I am just curious if we have any indication that Samsung and/or SamsungJohn hear us???
This forum could be a GREAT way to feedback directly to Samsung and give them input on their software (if they are indeed serious about fixing it). They could even use a portion of the XDA population (those that are capable) for beta testing and feedback since their beta testers seemed to miss quite a few big bugs, some that have been known to us for MONTHS.
Like I said, I commend the effort, just wondering if we KNOW (for a fact) that the right eyes see your work.

Yes I know that lots of threads about this subject have been posted but I have not had luck on ressurecting them. So I just want to say
USE THE SEARCH BUTTON!!!!!!
Im seriously getting mad about the amount of threads that have been opened saying " my phones dead, why?" Or/and most saying " iv got a hardbrick whilst unlocking the bootloader,what should I do?"
These questions are now considered SPAM. Use THE SEARCH BUTTON. We have asked you over and over again, yet you still dont listen!!!!! WHY?
This will hopefully be the last thread about this. Any more posts about the same problem will be considered SPAM and will be closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
And if you want, post this in other sub-forums but keep a link or reference to this thread on it.
