[Guide] How to install xRecovery and Custom ROM's on Xperia™ X8 ..

RcMixS v2.0 mod

I changed the battery indicator, OverScroll , Scrollbar and the font using UOT , I strongly recommend to do a back up before flashing (because once i got stuck in a boot loop lol )

bravo hboot works for sure ,but im not too sure about cm7. Sippose it should work, try do a back up just in case

yee we should be thanking medozinas , if hes the guy who invented UOT. And wat can you really call it mate, please define moding for me ?
And I posted this for 1: for people that never herd of UOT and still mod their ****. and 2: If people like it they download it , instead of doing the whole UOT process.

[Q] NEED help to remove my phone no. from about phone

i had 2 defy red and green both
i want to sell my green one , for some reason ,
but i can't remove ' MY PHONE NUMBER " from about phone - status .....and i don't want it to go with phone ,,,,,,,
i entered it manually when i was on cm 7 late back oct -nov 2011 release
i did
wipe data/ cache/dalvik .....
tried to edit it but no option ....
flashed stock Indian 2.2.2 froyo back , nothing
help me out guyz , some of you can find a way to this ........

maybe other members can verify.
apparently there's an app that let's you do that :

thank you , but didn't installed in phone , but was able to remove it ......
all i did was i had an old nokia phone , put the sim in it , removed my phone number and viola it worked ...... thank you guyz for the help ......thank you very much everyone ...... sold green lense today ....:good:

Probleme with battery who charging alone

Hi all.
First sorry for my english. I have a probleme with my battery. When i let my phone for 5mn and + he charge himself like you can see in my screenshot.
i've calibrate many times my phone with app and let him till death then recharge the battery till 100% for 3 times. But nothing changes
Please help me.

Sorry i've posted the wrong screenshot, her's the right one

Mine does that all the time too, but not the extreme jump you have, so don't know why or how it can do that with lithium ion batteries. With nicads or ni-mh or lead acid yeah the phenomenon is called "recovery" with nicads I think it was the memory effect issue.

Nobody have a solution to my problem?

Maybe you need a new battery or a factory reset or maybe a full clean installation of your rom.

I don't think that i need a new battery. Because i have 5hours on screen and 1d10h, then i think that my battery is good. I've flashed my phone to the new rom 4.4.2 with factory reset but always the same problem.

I gave you 3 options.
-New battery
-Full wipe
-Fresh stock installation after a full wipe and wipe cache + dalvinks after flashing.
And now the 4th.
Flash CM/AOSP based roms.
