what you are asking is to change the resolution on a static resolution phone. It can only operate at 320x240 nothing more. You can't magically enable 640x480 without actually changing hardware.

Its not that anyone does not know they may not understand your question, exactly what do you want to achieve do you want bigger numbers in dialer bigger buttons or bigger names displayed? if you need larger names on screen try settings

Thanks my friend but I know this, it does not help!
I want to control the font size, sometimes (I dont know why) it gets bigger and I try to decrease the font size but in any way it does not change in dialer screen. I mean contact name seem too large..

mmmm sorry I have no answer for this..... I see you are using Dutty 3.8 he now has 3.9 which is very good maybe just try a new ROM and test the dialer before installing anything else.......hope that can help

not specifically a 'screen calibration' but you can calibrate your touchscreen 'text input' using the calibration tool found at the bottom of:
MENU>SETTINGS>LANGUAGE&KEYBOARD>TOUCH INPUT>TEXT INPUT
