In the original thread some say this is not the engine as its just 2kb file ...I think they are correct

umm.. actually u hav to edit the build.prop by ur hand (unless u want to loose ur build.prop tweaks).. so better to do it manually..

Google OCLF, download the latest version. Old version is clubbed with new one. I think its without stagefright. I get quadrant close to 2000

Stage fright will mess up your phones media capabilities whether it is recoding a video or playing them. What do you want to achieve with the high score? Does it ready add on to any noticeable improvement in performance?

no noticeable difference,just inflates quadrant,and cant play even avi or record videos or download files!!!!!

Yes lagfix effect only can be seen on quadrant score rest there is no significant difference in normal use.

Im using the Stock Lockscreen mod but i think both the stock and simply blue would work ...

It also makes it difficult for developers support wise. You might be using EE03 no ciq but there hasn't been an official EF02 port. What's gonna happen is you're gonna flash someone's theme/mod down the road and you're NoCIQ mods are going to cause FC's cause the new theme will not be NoCIQ compatible.
