i thank you for bringing back an old repressed memory....back to the topic, i have yet to receive the update...im hoping htc did some actual work rather then take code from these hardworking devs but with several people stating that its only 53fps it sounds more then likely they just scavenged what worked and pushed it out

Yeah man, it sucks.

my cousin hopped on forums left and right to let people know the devs found a way around the fps cap with total disregard to other posts, then he fought me tooth and nail when i tried to root his phone so i could flash it with the new kernal telling me its not worth the risk of bricking it, i told him it was a reward for letting so many people know and since then he has yet to post a new thread anywhere...

Guys who cares just upload it so we can root it

Digi11igaf v7.01 drains my battery really fast, but is worth it.......i just charged it up and its ready to go.........this rom has tiger like senses to it...I think it could kill 5 turtles at a time, I am with charlie sheen and he wants this Rom!

Have not found an answer after googling and looking at the threads here so thought I would create a nifty post with some good keywords for those that wish to remove sprint spyware, Is there a Odin for removing Carrier iq Carrier CIQ ? !! I know a couple roms have come out with this removed and have seen reference to someone who has done this known as k0name/ACS if this person wishes to be freed from the mental hospital and compete in a car combat tourney(it's tourney time) Im sure calypso would donate some cash to them

lol, never thought of that... yea I am happy being stock eb13 and rooted, I Odin'ed the cam fix which still seems to have issues; but I digress... Just happy being stable and wanted to odin the removal of CIQ

Seriously, though, starting a thread with just a link and no commentary or opening salvo for a discussion is a tad weak. And I believe that, as has already been discussed, the unlock bootloader tool will only work on certain phones, and the EVO 4G is not one of them.
I don't particularly care, since I don't want to register my phone with HTC along with the fact that I've potentially voided my warranty. That can stay between me and my friends at XDA.
Finally, I will be curious to see how this Sense Developer gambit pays off. Are people really going to devote time to developing Sense-specific apps and widgets? I support that some developers worked on apps for the PlayBook too, so anything is possible.

Thanks for the lols. I did think to myself that the post was a bit lacking, but it's not hard to click the link. As you said, however, it's kind of pointless for the EVO4G right now, except maybe the Sense SDK might allow for some nifty things.
I wish HTC would make the source code page easier. Look it up by device or something. A huge list of random source code postings is fine when it's short like it is now, but it's only going to grow. Yea yea... CTRL-F is my friend...

This post has inspired me. I think I may actually try and put together a REAL guide on how to unroot after Revolutionary. But it'll have to wait until tomorrow, since I only have access to my phone right now.

Despite the fail of the OP, S-ON would be nice. I have been having random, intermittent touchscreen hesitation since before root. I was hoping flashing a new ROM/kernel would fix it, but no go. Warrantees FTW!

Like I said, I'll try and put together a guide on how to do it tomorrow. I did already post instructions on a thread somewhere (I think it was one of those "how to unroot my EVO" threads), so if you search, I'm sure you can find it .
