Thanks for your sharing. It wanna try this app for a very long time.
Thanks much! This works excellent!
This is pretty much awesome. I'm scribbling everywhere and it's picking the correct words or at least suggesting them every single time.

If it isn't asking to much I would love it if you were able to make a version for Swedish, preferably with the Swedish letters " åäö " but otherwise just with Swedish dictionary

Hi there,
This works really fine!
Could you do a german version for me?
keyboard layout is qwertz!
This were great!
got pm,
if you want to try yourself see here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=685006
Hm, i can only see German, Italian, Spanish, French, EnglishUS, EnglishUK and Russian dict in my old trial version with keyboard layouts qwertz, qwerty, azerty and russian.
If anyone could have made å version with norwegian dictionary for me, it would be awesome! No special letters needed..

Bug:
Using Swype disables browser multi-touch. So apart from trying it out, I can't use it.

reboot! ... should be fine then
Tried it out, works great, i still prefer use a compact qwerty but maybe that because iv used it for 2 years and im used to it. does work good though very accurate.
that would be very very nice if you could do a english/french version.
If you don't have the time, I'll try myself.
Is there an expiry date or something by the way ?
thanks again !!!

Anyone have a mirror? MegaUpload decided not to serve Hong Kong for some reason...
Hello all,
The Atrix recognizes the fonts I mentioned above but they don't seem to be rendered correctly. To be more specific, the characters show up but they don't connect the way they are meant to be.
I wanted to see what I need to do so that the Persian/Arabic fonts are correctly rendered. I have installed the freex10 on my old Xperia X10 and it worked fine for these fonts. I did a search on the google and found a tutorial that had the files that enabled the Farsi fonts on Xperia. Would they work on Atrix or the fonts are device specific?
Thanks much for your helps in advanced ...

I am wondering, if changing the libwebcore.co file will work on this one or not? It worked for me for the droid 2. If some one need access to the file that worked on Droid 2 , please let me know. I am planning to get an atria and Arabic is really important to me.
I agree, we badly need real arabic fonts on the atrix

Hello there, there is nothing wrong with your Atrix, unfortunately Android doesn't support those languages, it recognizes the font but can not put them together, if you read web pages you can download Firefox beta from android market it fixes this problem but there is no fix for sms or emails that you open from an email client ... hopefully these languages will be supported in the near future ...
Hmm ... its interesting what you are pointing out!
If there was a problem with the Android then I should have not been able to get it on my old Xperia X10!
The fonts worked on webpages ... facebook ... sms ... emails.
But I agree with the fact that the language is not installed.

This might be the biggest reason to get the Nexus S for me, pending the Ice Cream update...
So does anybody know how to install different languages on the Atrix?

Please keep this thread alive.
Thanks
I really don't know what else or how else I can do to keep this live
This seems to be at the very bottom of the list for devs here ... there is another guy in a different post who has offered $100 to the person who gets the fonts working ...
You can use Opera mini ... but its not fun and still not fully supporting Farsi ...

Oh speaking of which. There's an app in the market called Mirsal, Which will read arabic messages just fine.
Also, Firefox renders arabic fonts correctly. Super nice since it's my fav browser.
Still not the same as have things sorted in everyting inside the OS but keeps you going.

I'm welling to donate a lot too.
I did not know about this lack of official support for Arabic in Android before ordering my Atrix.
How google/android did not just complete those fonts for Arabic in Froyo is just beyond me! Android phones market here is huge! What a boost would that have been?
A lot of people I know have been recommending me to give up my iphone and try Android and I used to tell them there's not an android phone I like yet. And now a lot of usability is missing with my Atrix because of messed up letters. My iphone 3gs had a perfect Arabic language support. An innovative arabic keyboard, Arabic menus and proper arabic fonts.
Maybe there this is the solution ... ?!

Merriam Webster and the free dictionary are both amazing and the free dictionary allows you to download a file for offline use.

Just saw this ROM from engadget. This ROM should be in Chinese language only (i'm not too sure).
As Google search engine is blocked in China, Baidu is a what we call "Google" liked search engine.
The first device that they support is Nexus S.
Website: Google Translated
Zip: Provided by their company HERE
English language is supported.
i am realy interessed about it !!! it looks so beautiful ..
(can't wait for sgs2 port ahahah )
Looks interesting. Anyone flashed it ?
Only Chinese language?

no , i think , the ROM should be multi-language , but , maybe , perhaps , possible , these could applications are chinese
---------- Post added at 12:12 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:08 AM ----------
and this little son of ***** doesn't provide ROM zip file only , it has a application that downloads and automatically flash ROM , but problem is i don't know if it format my SDcard or not so i wasn't able to try it ...
after i find my hard way through the chinese installation progress, i find that the rom is complete in chinese.
the program also has flashed a strange recovery ..
So is this just a Bauidu android home screen replacement? I wonder what optimization this would offer to the Nexus S. Since this is in chinese i would not be able to answer these questions on my own unless a translation is offered. Then again does Baidu even care about the U.S. market?

It is a full rom, It is like MIUI...
Accidentally sent from my Google Nexus S
I went to download but it started downloading an exe
Has anyone got a direct link for the ROM? Or is this how you have to download
They are using automatic flashing windows exe. Just download the exe, plug in your phone, they do everything for you.
you can look here: http://bbs.shouji.baidu.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=308&extra=page%3D1
It wont format SD, i just asked them... and they are not offering zip format rom yet.
As a chinese, i will not use anything from this **** company. For you own good and privacy, i suggest you guys do the same thing.
I'm uploading flashable zip... Wait 3 minutes..
Edit : http://www.mediafire.com/?652s1mwft7b47as
Enjoy
If anyone will try it, please make a video and upload it to youtube. Thanks.
