How many Xperia X1 have been sold ?

I am just wondering how many Xperia X1 have been sold out all over the world ?
Is the number somewhere near 1 mil ?

CAn we safely assume that 10% of all users on XDA have an X1?

I would not assume that 10% of all XDA-Dev members have an Xperia X1.
I dont know how often this phone is sold but when I look how many people
are currentlyviewing the phone threads the Touch HD is always best visited.

remember a while ago SE announce that the XPERIA was selling "well" said sony

hehe , 10% is a great success for Sony if its true ^^.
But as i can see , the X1 section on XDA have a quite large amount of posts and page-view ,though X1 is quite new , so the number of X1 must not be small

I doubt it's very high.
I have recently noted it being promoted in Carphone Warehouse in the UK, which is a very positive development. Not sure if the subsidized prices in the UK are enough to move a lot of units...???
Can't comment on most of the rest of the world. Not sold through any carriers in North America, though rumoured to be coming on Rogers this sooner (not sure if that's still valid).
It will get killed by the Touch Pro 2 soon...

i live in New York City, amd i havent met one person whom has an x1...and i also work for At&t and see tons of phones from EU and Japan, but 0 x1's
go figure...
i do have 1 though.

Hi everybody,
I already met 6 people here in Cologne Germany having one and two more telling they would get one when their contracts will be due.
Since it is rather expensive that is understandable.
I hope it spreads more - I really like the combination.

im in the uk (isle of wight - small island at the bottom)
and i have 2 other friends that have it.
so thats 3 people including me that i know have it here (and thats just close friends) so i think in the uk its sell well.
i think its probally not selling as well in the us as it is in europe

the x1 would have to be the biggest flop ever.... i have not ever seen one other person with an x1 and i travel between sydney, brisbane and melbourne often. not 1!
worst $1500AUD i ever spent and i feel ripped off by SE.

u did get ripped off. worked it out that $1500aud works out £750 in real money. u can buy a new sim free x1 in black for £400 or in silver for £450 online in the uk and only £550 if u buy it in a shop on the high street. u paid well over the top for it.

here in SWE, i've seen quite a lot since it was launched back in Oct.

Who's getting the X10 mini?

Phone shops in the UK are advertising big for the X10 mini, with the slogan "small in size, big on fetures".
So is anyone going to get one of the best (for the price) Android so far, a rather cheap £230 sim free.

Looks very fast in the video, would of thought there was a 1ghz processor.

Wait for the x10 mini pro with the keyboard. I'll probably upgrade to that if its good.

This is the dumbest looking phone from SE

Having the big brother myself, i bought the mini for m g/f and she loves it!

I think it is marketed for the ladies? My Mrs says she would like one in pink or white. I see them advertised in France, but when I look for it on the service providers web sites still nothing. Strange that there is still no 2.x android! Not that my Mrs will care.
However, I did see it at Phone House for one Euro with a one year service contract. But again it did not specify which carrier.
It's the Mrs B-day next week and i would love to have this by than. Also, going to get the mw600, which she will love.

im getting the pro one when it comes out. this will replace my n97mini!

I am not considering any SE phones until I know for certain that SE keeps its promised upgrade schedule. There are a lot of other phones in this world to contemplate.

Swedish price of Xperia Z

Hi all.
Im curious how much is cost Xperia Z in swedish (I got brother there) so if it is cheaper then here i could maybe buy from sweden.
Also keep in mind phone should be "CARRIER FREE" and "SIM UNLOCKED"..

So i'd expect it to be ~6000 in other stores - probably won't get much cheaper than that.
I see that you live in Croatia so it's 6,395.00 SEK = 5,774.75 HRK

You can get it for around 4.500-5.500 SEK.

It is cheaper in Slovenia. buying from Simobil carrier, but still carrier free option for only 660 EUR

Price for Sonz Xperia Z without contract is 660 EUR!
That means, if you guys live near Slovenian border, you can go and buy it here .

4600 SEK is the cheapest right now, but if it's important to you to have an nordicbased firmware or/and unlockable bootloader, I wouldn't buy from a company offering such a low price. Most common price from more wellknown retailers with both physical stores and webshops, such as NetOnNet and Elgiganten seems to be in the area around 5730 to 5800 SEK.

Yea i hate sony for updates, and taking a Xperia Z is somehow scary now, but Xperia Z is nice phone.
I would maybe wait for a while to see how sony treat Xperia Z and will they release Xperia Z+, ZS or something else as they are known to release soon same phone with better specs.

Xperia Z new llow price

Hi all,
I live in Erbil_Iraq and they have a new offer for Sony Xperia Z they sell it for $379 so I need to know how could I know if it's refurbished or there is something I need to check before I buy it?? because I love Xperia Z series.

We'll buy from directly sony official store , sony xperia z released on 28th February 2013 and so it's gonna be almost full in end of February , there are two models one is normal and other is lte , if you have internet connection of 4g I think you should buy lte version , I'm also using xperia z and it's c6603
Hope this helps , and as for refurbishment check you tube videos that might help cus I have not seen any refurbished xperia z yet

Thank you man my concern is that i have Xperia ZL and it died and they don't have spare parts in the Sony repair center could u imagine that , I did like it soooooo much until it died in my pocket :crying:
but you now let me think about the warranty when u said it will be full in the end of February!!! maybe they will not have 1 year warranty if I buy it now?? is that possible?? maybe they will give me 3 months warranty
