Ok, I'm a beginner here with this phone. I really like how some people have different rom's on there phone. I like the iphone look. The thing is i have no idea what flashing is or how to update to a new rom. I thought maybe someone could help me out here and point me to some good threads to read or help a buddy get started. I'm trying to read everything and anything I can find on the internet. Any help would be very appreciated.

From what I have been reading you need to have your radio version higher.
Also why won't you want to upgrade the current rom? You have to do most of the steps to get Android working anyway (HSPL) etc.
Also until you get the full answer,, I believe you have to state if its T-Mobile US or UK etc

Simple answer is YES you can. You are not required to flash to run Android from your sdcard.
BUT...
Several (me included) folks have ultimately had to flash in order to remove or fix little glitches in the build they choose. From the robot voice to data problems, the first suggestion is almost always upgrade your WM ROM or radio or both. And from the looks of it you dont even have the newest official TMO WM ROM. Your radio is a few versions back also.
I would suggest you do some research on flashing to get comfortable with that first, then mess with android. If you dont... your experience with Android will most likely not be pleasant.

2) There exist comprehensive FAQ threads, which you should read. Don't come along, and start posting without reading them. The forum rules tell you to search before posting, and this would suggest you didn't.

What do this mean, most important, how do I may know if its compatible, whith my phone, im from Spain, so I guess I need a Spanished-language ROM.
What about Custom ROMS?
I saw this one: [ROM] Kyrillos' ROM v4.1 Ultimate Edition, a very cool ROM, but I dont even know if the OS will be on Spanish.
I read something about Country codes or something like that, but I couldn't find the "sintax".
Another important question about flashing, how can I avoid a brick? Maybe some kind of Bootloader with nand copy? Maybe I'm ****ed if I fail? :/
Another one:
Do I also need a extra firmware?, maybe a combination of both?, I'm used to flash PSPs and so, I remember that I should had the official firmware...
Final notes:
As u guys can se nowadays I'm a total noob when flashing and so, thats why I would appreciate a lot any sort of help.

As we all know Crash stopped his work and I am now on his 4.2.2 rom.
It's absolutely stable and one of the best custom roms I ever used...but I want to upgrade now and I really don't know which rom I have to choose. What do you guys recommend??

Because 99.99% go and take a look in the thread of the rom to see what it looks like and what features it has and maybe read what people are saying about it and then decide for themselves.
Your question is quite similar to "What is the best rom ?" Which is forbidden to ask, it's the rules.
Im now on Darklord rom 1.5, a Note 4 port, with dark queen kernel 0.4 and it's the bomb.

I forgot... Means you don't know which rom is suitable for your device or you don't know which one to choose ?
If it's the first, there's a "Search this thread" option, just type in your model number.
The instructions are written in the thread, happy flashing.
