Hey people. I'm a big fan of sonic the hedgehog and I have been ever since I was 3 (I'm 14) I'd really like a sonic the hedgehog boot animation.

The zip file is just a series of .png picture files so all you have to do either get a series of those files or turn a small clip if sonic and break it down into a series of .png picture files then simply zip the folder down rename it to bootanimation.zip and put it where it needs to go , if you unzip a current boot animation you might have you will see I don't have time to do it or I would do it for you

Went to ur post but it just says the same thing i've been doing, using root explorer and putting it in the system/media folder, but for the love of god nothing happens... Hehehehe.. Thanks though, at least i know i wasn't doing it wrong!
I have no idea but taking a shot in the dark and saying maybe wrong format? If u got it from iTunes that may be why. Try using a regular mp3 or what ever is recommended...

Are you running aosp because they don't have boot sound as I am aware of
sent from my Motorola XOOM
it would have worked in /system/media/ if you were on aosp, so i'm going to say ur on sense.
for sense roms, boot sounds go in /system/customize/resource/ (same as boot animation) and are named SPC_animation_final.mp3.
enjoy...
Actually i'm on evodecks 1.0 , so i believe thats aosp right??

Oh and by yhe way, its the right format coz i always reformat them even though they already say they' re mp3..

How do you upload pictures by the way. Can't see how thx
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda premium
When you post in the app click more, select the image you want to upload from gallery out other options. I found that if i tried to keep original image it wouldnt work but the small size option works fine. Next click inline and your pic should appear like this one.

Sorry for the double post, but looks like the board doesn't except .png images which the note saves in. The small version is converted to .jpg

I get the same error and it will only let me post smaller size images. Do we know why this is?

I've not had any lag problems....it usually depends on you rom, overclocking, SD partition, tweaks etc......but I'm trying to see if the new (1.0.6) has decreased or even erased the "auto die" bug

It's not the phone, it was just a bad port from iOS. Chainfire never fixed it for me when I was on my Epic.
