Just download the stock rom you want from http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ and flash with odin.

I got and download US996 (Unlocked) 10F firmware from this thread.
I extracted system.img, the firmware is odexed. I need deodexed file because I want modify for our carrier.
So, Can you let or help about a method of deodex US996 firmware?
I tried to use SVADeodexerForArt_v5_64.zip
But, the program can't deodex.
