With bluetooth file transfer, the transfer rate is very slow.. only 32kb/s. Is possible?
Inviato dal mio HTC Legend usando Tapatalk
Try a Wifi transfer or use a usb cable. Bluetooth has never been quick.
Thanks for reply!
Which app 4 wifi transfer?
Bluetooth of Nokia is faster, how is it possibile?
Inviato dal mio HTC Legend usando Tapatalk
Android sync manager seems to work well for me. Not sure if there's any better ones.
No idea about why one would be quicker, different hardware maybe?

It happens when you are transferring files with bluetooth, especially when you are trying to do this on two cellphones from different manufacturers like a Nokia and a HTC.

Why? There's a valid reason? I tried whit an ideos u8650 (same hardware ) and the transfer rate are ridiculous

hey
i have the same problem only when running aokp and miui roms.
Let me guess, you have overclocked to 1300 or 1200 MHz?
Sent from my Nexus S using Tapatalk 2
Yeah. We need to know when it overheats. Just saying it does doesn't help.

You are right. Then RombMIUI 2.6.22 kernel with air kernel. CFQ scheduler. Governor smartassv2 and freq. Min 200 and max 1200. Same problem with aokp. And even changing kernel example that of mat1x 22 nothing new.

Overheat during normal use, like surfing the Internet and surf the xda forums with tapatalk. But especially when I use it and is connected to the charger.

Have you tried scaling down to 1ghz? That should be more than enough for daily tasks.
Sent by pocket technology
Overheating caused most of the time by
- poor 3g field power in your environment or
- by applications running endless in the background
For the first case just switch to 2g and see if it helps, for the second case uninstall any apps which you dont need or install a program which shows you the processor load: normally it shouldn't be over 4-10%

Is your phone constantly awake(massive blue bar compared to screen on)? A rogue app can cause excessive heat. Snag CPU spy and see if your phone is actually going to sleep
Sent by pocket technology
yup, use cpu spy to check if its actually going to sleep or if its running at max freq. then check the battery and apps to see what has been running the most. I've noticed that Maps is usually the culprit

I realised that during (USB) charging the system process runs at 50-60% CPU. It could be the reason... anybody the same experience?
USB only charges around like 500ma vs the 750 the stock charger puts out. The phone doesn't fully go to sleep while charging via USB. That may explain the cpu speed, although that seems kinda high. Mine when hooked up via USB is probably 200mhz.

Hi!
anyone knows if it is possible to change a TFT LCD with an AMOLED LCD?
For example, I have a xiaomi Mi One S with a terrible TFT Sharp LCD 4" (horrible visual angle).
If I would replace it with a samsung amoled 4" without change the digitizer.. is it possible?
Wich Prolbem can I have?
2: anyone know if the radio module (wifi and data) is a chip installed on motherboard or is a card connected to motherboard on HTC One S?
thank you so much for replies
Inviato dal mio Transformer TF101 con Tapatalk 2
check out samsung semi website, i believe it's a module on the motherboard
so.. I can't replace it, right?
An OLED is not LCD, LCDS are Liquid Crystal Displays, and OLED is Organic Light Emitting Display/diode

If u replace it, u still need drivers.

Hello wararmy!
I have a question about GPS of nexus 4
Is there a mod or tricks that upgrade or get a better and more precision GPS signal and fix?
I have an error of 4 meters.. I need better precision..
Thanks!

Have you tried correcting the location of the ntp servers?
Sent from my N4, wanna know what I am doing? Check http://team-fun.eu
Best you can hope for with most smartphones is 2-3 meters (due to battery life priority & low chipsets used etc)
Decidated GPS units can do around 1 meters
To maximise accuracy, the same rules apply as normal GPS, open sky, clear weather, no tall buildings to minimise reflections
I use TopNTP.
works fine for me.

Country server which you add manually in gps settings for faster location locking.
To be honest this phone shouldn't need such mods.
It gets super fast signal wherever I am. Only cases can create gps locking problems.

Hello,
I have a small problem with the touchscreen. The problem occurs with official ROM not rooted and also with cooked ROM (see CloudyG3, cyanogen, etc. ..).
Sometimes display "crazy", it becomes impossible to plug the various soft touch keys and any other action.
It is as if you touch bottom of display and do another action such as a swipe upwards .. In short, I do not even understand.
The problem is solved after lock and unlock the phone, everything is back to normal. I do not think a hardware problem to be honest, the touch works fine. I also tried to do the firmware update of the touch. Tips?

How can we fix?

I searched for hours on the internet and apparently we are not the only ones. This problem occurred only on some models of LG G2 16gb and 32gb rare on those ... There is no package to solve it given that it is a problem with the display and not at the level of software ... Honestly, this problem I was presented only after a few months since I bought the phone .. the only way to solve this problem is or bring it to assistance ($ $ $ $ $) or you put your soul in peace and locks and unlocks the phone whenever you are presented with the problem. Since gps lock is always been an issue with lg g2, it takes ages for the phone to connect to satellite and sometime it even wont connect.
I invite all members to pls help users like me to make it lock faster.
Any advise would be highly appreciated.

After no respone i tried looking and found a way to heal it. You can download topnt app from playstore and replace the gps file. It contains lot of configration so you need to test few and see which one works fine for you.
Hope it helps.
