Rom manager issue - EVO Shift 4G General

I am running cm7.1 and when I open rom manager iand go to the download section I am getting an error that says error occured while downloading the developer list. Any idea how I can fix this? I have tried fixing permissions, uninstalling rom manager and reinstalling, clearing cache and dalvik. Thanks

Have you tried clearing data, under Manage Applications, in the settings menu?

Update- ok one more time I tried uninstalling RM, wiping caches with cachemate, wiped caches in recovery, fixed permissions in recovery. After all of that I iinstalled rom manager and it works. Before I tried each fix and then tried running RM when I actually needed to do it all before trying RM.

I had tried that and also did it the last tone right before I installed again. Thanks!

Make sure you have the latest version of CWM. Otherwise it causes issues.

Cyanogen 6.1 issue

I was using MIUI mod previously. Before installing CM 6.1, I wiped data, cache and dalvik cache though the recovery (RA 1.9). The installation went without any problem. The issue pops when I try to install any application. When I try to install any application, the phone reboots. I have allowed installation from "Unknown Sources"...
Is this a known bug or only I'm facing it? Please help with a solution to this.

redownload cm 6.1 rc2 and the gapps, flash amon ra 2.0, wipe data/cache/dalvik again, flash the rom, flash the gapps, reboot. the rom or gapps could have corrupted during download and amon ra 2.0 is MUCH more feature filled than 1.9
you may want to double wipe all
there's also a "market fix" out thee, but don't remember if it addresses your issue

[Q] Error wiping dalvik cache

So, i am in the process of changing roms on my iconia, i restore factory defaults, wipe the cache, wipe battery status, and then clear the dalvik cache. when I go to wipe the dalvik cache, i get E:unkown volume for path [/sd-ext]. It proceeds to wipe the dalvik cache and i get no errors when reflashing my rom (taboony) or installing villans custom kernel. It flashes everything correctly but when I load my iconia, i get a fc when loading super user. I reinstalled iconia root which temporaroly fixed my fc, but after reboot again i get fc when loading su and no fix. Any idea whats happening and how I can fix it. Sorry about the typos here, using a netbook and have sore wrists.
The Error message you get is no problem because you dont have an ext Partition on you SD card. And if there is no ext Partition the recovery will not find it and gives you this message so dont worry about this.
Because of superuser: Go to Rom Manager and choose "fix permissions" and let it do its thing. Normaly this helps with FCs.
If this does not help. Go to settings - applications - manage applications - search for superuser and delete all Data at superuser app.
I hope it helps.

Sure thing fixed permissions solved my fC issue. Thanks much

Yea I done a Task 29, clean cache, wipe data. Then done a fresh install but got this message for every app I wanted to install. Have no idea how to fix this?
I fixed my P780 with the parsing package error
I had a ROW rom S228 and flashed a CN one. I couldn't restore any of my apps or system with the parsing package error.
Upgrading in the latest Version of SuperSU, apply the security fix that was prompt in the TWRP after installation of SuperSU zip, and disable "Mount namespace seperation" inside SuperSU settings did the trick for me.

Urgent Help. Somethings

Here I Go
I was on CM11 Snapshot. Then I went to install Lollypop from http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/development/rom-aosp-build-t2929544. So I go on TWRP and wipe Dalvik Cache, Cache, Internal Storage and System. Then after, I noticed that everything was gone. So I sideload the ROM and my Gaaps. Something went wrong and old system apps like Dialer and Camera were installed and caused problems with the Newer apps and the system. I Wipe again....this time making sure to wipe data. I sideload but....the gaaps did not install. I went into Recover and noticed that TWRP was uninstalled and everytime I installed it VIA Fastboot, it worked but only for the Timebeing. Sideloading was not working and when I tried downloading the GAAPS straight from the browser, it was unsuccessful. Also, everything that I tried to download via browser did not work. Then I connected it to my Computer as an MTP. This was not working either.
Please Help and Thank You

Play store not working properly after restoring stock from twrp

I have noticed recently that when I restore my stock ROM from twrp that some apps don't update and some can't be downloaded, they get stuck at the download pending or downloading screen and never download. Had anyone ever encountered this problem? The stock ROM is not rooted or modified in any way.
So I am encountering this issue as well. Very odd behavior after restoring the stock build after coming from Lineage. What I getting is an Error Code 0 when trying to update some apps. While uninstalling the error coded app does not allow a re-installation. Again with an Error Code 0 (which turns up nothing when trying to search Google for the error). I've tried all the basic stuff, like clearing the Playstore's data, clearing the trouble apps data, rebooting, etc. They just simply fail to update/install. It's not happening with every app, just some. Dropbox being a notable one. I simply cannot install it. Infact I side loaded it and it immediately force closes upon trying to open. This has to be some odd permission issue.
Wipe cache and dalvik cache?
I seemed to have the found the solution. Before I restore I had to wipe everything except my microSD card where my backups are saved. That includes wiping internal storage. So wipe system, dalvik, cache and internal storage, then restore from SD card and everything worked fine after that
